Eco styler is a scam for real. Too expensive. My hair just absorbs it’s like i never put anything.

True soft n free is better but it doesn’t hold it down

But it really doesn’t last on edges unless if your hai REALLY COOPERATES

Yes, it has a good hold
The perfect touch does leave off white residue
I still use it even today and I don’t get white residue, make sure you use it on freshly washed and conditioned hair and that you use water based products before applying it. hope that will help
It's usually when you put it on after putting on hair lotion or leave in conditioner. You must first do a check test and mix a bit of you gel with your other product on your hand, if it turns white then it'll leave a residue
The yellow tube for got to be glue also gives white residue

Hie How do you get rid of white residue?
Unfortunately some gels have white residue, but I would suggest if are using a water based gel to also use water based moisturiser before applying hair gel
Phumula ka vaslapa or put a tiny amount of Vaseline on top
