Kristin realizing she doesnât have pockets to put her phone away is low key hilarious
Looking around for her caddy or anyone who could hold it for her for a second, no one is around
40:50
"SHH... watch the thing." The best commentary possible in that moment.
They're awesome on the commentary!! đ€Ł
HOOOOOOOONK!!!!!!! 2 Hot Geese doing great on the commentary. Love It. Built up the drama beautifully coming down the stretch and the whole round really. So glad Jomez is doing MPO and FPO. both divisions deserve this amazing coverage. Thank you.
Second that. They are a very good broadcast team.
The most exciting Back 9 I've seen in a while.
I couldn't agree more!
Kristin's face during the outtro when she checked the scores lmao
đž
Yas girl!
That final putt was cold as ice. When she realized she had a chance to win, she locked in rather than letting the nerves and prior mistakes get to her. Very impressive.
Goodness, that was exciting. Thanks to camerapeople, editors and all at Jomez, and a grateful honk to Madison and Erika for making it all the more enjoyable. đ
Kristin's confidence on the final 6 holes is striking. She definitely plays like she's been here before.
Love to watch Kristin win and love that FPO is back on Jomez; terrific commentary team this year.
Tattar is a legend! So talented yet humble, exciting start to the season for sure
GK, Jomez, and the 2 Hot Geese are doing AMAZING work for the FPO. It's so awesome to see them getting recognition and growth!
I don't blame her going for it on 18. It's easier when your nervous to go full send. She just didn't execute (possibly even slipped off the teepad). She really lost this tourney at #16. You have to shank so bad to go OB off the tee. I think it rattled her and the snowball of nerves started rolling downhill the rest of the round. Anyone who has played competitive sports has probably experienced that feeling at some point in time. You're just underperforming under pressure but you can't reverse that bad momentum. It's a helpless feeling.
Yeeeesh. Thatâs tough. You can tell even Kristin wasnât expecting..well..that.
Thanks again for the outstanding FPO coverage. And the 2 Hot Geese are awesome, as always!
Kristen's game is absolute stone cold! No worries about keeping up with the score. Just keep playing the best you can one stroke at a time! What a queen! What a champion! And she's got so much more to deliver this year!
you made me try to wipe a hair off my screen.. dang it
Great clutch putt by Kristin on 18, and solid play overall. Still, Ella gave away this victory more than Kristin won it. Even with Kristin missing birdie putts on 14, 15, & 17, Ella's nerves got the better of her and she couldn't hold it together down the stretch.
It's great to constantly see different names in the top 10 and even top 20. Plus, there is not as much separation as in the past. So many great FPO players these days. A ton of fun to follow.
In the final round, I can agree. But Kristen almost gave it away herself. Not just with the errors you mentioned, but she had two triple bogeys in round 2. Had Kristin not made so many of those errors, no one else would have even been in the running to contend. Ella will be back stronger next time. Most people need exposure to that type of pressure before they feel comfortable with it.
What a rollercoaster... I am happy my fellow european won this tournament! That one stretch with a lot of birdies in a row was impressive and i think Kristin has the best forehand of all women right now. That low forehand throw is masterclass! Well done, Kristin :) Great commentary, i really enjoy the videos. Thank you! Greetings from Germany
What a final round! Thanks for the coverage, love the addition to have FPO coverage every tournament!
The FPO deserves more follow flights and slowmez. Only here because Ohnâs off the top of the fence deserved something! 22:12
I was really hoping for a follow flight on that one too!
Same!! Would have been a pretty cool slo-mo shot!
Why would you want a follow flight on a bad throw?
@@lynch42o because it was lucky af to hit the very top of the fence, obviously.
The fairytale that was Kristin 2022 continues in 2023. I say fairytale because sometimes she's just too good (at disc golf) to be true. The dg media are going to have a field day writing her storyline over the years. Big congrats to Kristin. Ella has raw talent in abundance; once she strengths her mental game, she will be a force to be reckoned with. Congrats to Ohn for ANOTHER podium finish, and Sarah for reminding us (yet again) that she still belongs at the top when it comes to shot-shaping. I love watching WACO and really wish we had more wooded courses on tour and fewer golf courses!
Outstanding commentary. Outstanding production.

What a showâŠ.good shit Ella and Kristin
I am so happy i stayed up for this!
Now i can go to sleep happy, what a round!
Another awesome production and a honkin' spectacular commentary by two hot geese! Neeeeed that HONK stamp any day now! :D
Wow, really glad I watched this back 9. Great coverage and commentary as always!
Great stuff coming from the all the players on many different levels. Thank you for sharing those moments.
GREAT commentary. Keep it up :)
That was thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you!
Rooting for Kristin I gave up with 4 holes left. What a turnaround!
Thank you JoMez and the 2 HOT geese, great coverage and commentary.
That was amazing! FPO has been so fun to watch!!
Best disc golf I've watched in a bit. What a finish!
I definitely feel bad for Ella, but I also remember how bad I felt (we ALL probably felt) for Kristin after that huuuge swing at the very end for her at the Champions Cup to let Paige slip in. Obviously, she's bounced back and won many since then. I hope this is fire for Ella to stay optimistic, and I also hope those last couple OBs don't stop her from playing aggressive.
Tattar is awesome
Such a great finish.
Love the FPO content and definitely love the 2 Hot Geese. They are really doing a wonderful job!
This has been such a fun tournament to watch and the Two Hot Geese are just killing it! Love this FPO coverage
Wow!!!!! What a final 9!!!!! Great coverage as always!
great coverage!
Wow.. amazing, sad for Ella, but I know she'll be back, I hope more exciting fights between her and Kristin
I think Ericka and Maduson are really good on the mic.
What an awesome final!
13:06 That choice of footage is just đ€đ€đ€
It's legit because Tattar was actually talking to that guy throughout the round somehow lol! I was like..........WTF this guy and Tattar have CHEMESTRY?!
Dang that was intense!
My heart broke on the 18th hole as all of that unfolded. I have no doubt she will bounce back and get her first big win soon, but that has to be one of the worst collapses ever. 5 strokes in 3 holes, to lose outright from a 4 stroke lead going into 16 is pure pain.
I still remember Kevin Jones Portland Open 2021. He came back from that so it's doable.
Why would she not lay up on 18, i dont get it.
@@algamer9853 it didn't make any sense to go big there. She was in the lead. It's up to Kristin to try to do something big in that situation. She'll learn from it
@@algamer9853 Erika was speculating that Ella's most common mistake is leaving her upshot short, so if she had laid up, she would risk not making it to the other side of the water on her upshot, so she would rather go big. All just speculation, of course.
I loved that Ella was first to hug Kristin and congratulate her after she made the putt. You are a great person Ella and you will get yours, definitely, a heart breaking loss for her.
I agree, I'm always pulling for Ellen. Heartbreaking đ„
Great stuff!
4 stroke lead with 3 to play is a pretty epic collapse
WOW. Great finish. Tattar has a great focus game. HONK
So many uploadsđ
Wow! What a finish! Congrats to all 4 of these ladies! But very nice win for Kristin...
Wow, better than I thought.
What a champ!
I'm loving the commentary! Keep it up ladies!!! HONK!
Awesome finish
Great stuff by everyone last weekend! The Jomez crew, the hot geese, and all of the impressive players! :-)
What a gallery!
Aw, man that was hard to watch, Ella crumbled under the pressure. Hope she's able to use it as motivation for the future.
Holy hell, what a finish. So intense - heart in mouth until the last hole.
Epic tourney finish. So glad we had the Two Hot Geese calling it. Thanks Jomez!
A win for all of us!
Fantastic final round, such an exciting one to watch! Great commentary, top notch.
I would still prefer to see whole card scores on the screen, it would have made it easier to build the tension and follow what needed to happen on hole 18, but the top notch commentary kept us filled in.
Watching live, I couldn't believe the last 5 or so holes.
Kristen just does here thing, sticks to her game plan, and wins. Even after a couple of triple bogeys in one round (earlier), she's so good that she can just keep chugging along and STILL win. And on 18, she either had ice in her veins or the focus of an eagle zeroing in on its prey. Either way, amazing.
Wow đČ
My favorite FPO player. So happy for her.
That was a hard choke to watch
Can Jomez add 2 geese on their back drops or on the Jomez intro? Hooooonk!!!! Erika & Madison are the Bestđ
FPO has been great the past year. Kristin is a force.
Way to go
Drama in Waco! Great coverage, Thanks!
Even though IG spoiled it for me (I should know better lol), I still got caught up in the anxiety and excitement of the final round. Even knowing the outcome, how they got there was amazing!! Well done Kristin, for staying focused and sticking to the plan! Even the oopsies couldn't get you down. Fantastic job Ella!! I'm looking forward to seeing you more this season! You're a fantastic competitor and a big W is not too far away! Chin up, you played great!
Lack of awareness and strategy. The coulda, woulda, shouldaâs are painful tonight for Ella.
â@@kbaremaximize will never pass? Like never win?
â@Wade Bell well this would have been her best chance. Kristen played one of her worst tournaments and still one. She had 2 triple bogeys last round. When she's back to her old self, she won't make those, and this tournament wouldn't be this close
Kristin's all black, murdered out outfit was a great look that made the come from behind even better.
What a huge putt!

Kristin is always a tough competitor. Congrats for the unlikely win. Ella, you'll get yours, just keep trucking. 2nd is still an incredible tournament.
HOOOOOOOOOOOONK!!!
What a small world. Old buddy Seth that I went to collegiate with, now working for DGPT and caddying for Kristin
I don't know Seth but what a story he will be able to tell the grandkids about the time he caddied for Kristin Tattar when she was down 4 with 3 to go and won at Waco 2023.
she's so sweet/humble
Hooonk1!
After KT makes the putt for the win: *Everyone liked that*
reminded me of a few years ago with Paige Pierce and Sarah Hokom coming into the last three holes...
@@kbaremaximize bro wat
ââ@@alejandrojimenez108 that guy is all over the videos covering this accusing Ella of being trans and being a transphobe
@@Wade8419 geez that is beyond lame
oof'd on the finish. Still great weekend Ella
In the discussion about Ella going for it or not, she's probably the longest thrower in the world right now. That throw over the water is probably as safe for her as the layup. She just grip locked it. If she grip locks the layup she's in the water instead. Was pulling for her and sad to see her lose it at the end but well played to Tattar.
The thing about a layup is that you are only throwing maybe 50%. Obviously it can still happen, but the odds of grip locking a layup is almost non existent. The main trouble with layups are being too cautious and throwing short.
Kristin is sooo clutch!!
Except for two missed putts late in the roundâŠâŠâŠ
Kristin seems to have lower back pain on hole 14. She's such a trooper staying true to her game!
that's a fine looking elbow lolz. HONK!
Good job talking about the win probability at the beginning of the front 9. Tough loss for Ella, but amazing mental toughness from Kristin.
đ
Iâm curious. If someone aces a par 4, what is it called? I know itâs called an ace, but when you get it in 2, itâs an eagle.
@@kbaremaximizefor real?!
Like a 2 on a par 5, itâs an albatross or double-eagle.
@@Arrica101 have you ever seen anyone do it?
@@PapaBearParker type in albatross to CZcams
@@PapaBearParker Look up Garret Gurthie's ace at the Las Vegas challenge, I believe two years ago. That was a par 4 ace.
Philo Brathwaite also has a famous albatross at the Beaver state fling where he threw it in from a crazy distance for albatross on a par 5.
Felt like Kristin was playing well within herself after the operation. Which is frankly terrifying for everyone else.
Huge testament to Tattar that she consistently looks like the sole professional among amateurs.
That is total disrespect to the rest of the field. Kristin is certainly well above the rest, but all of these women are professionals and deserve to be treated as such
Man, Kristin Tattar. Round 1 destroys the course, 9 under, course record. Round 2 shows humanity with not one, but two triple bogeys, while still managing to finish at even par, and now Round 3 making a statement on the front nine after Ella's 4-for-4 start, and then getting a double bogey and two short putt misses in the next two holes to put her apparently out of range, but she kept fighting and won it outright without needing a playoff. Each rounds highlights a different note on what it means to be a great player.
Ohn is always a pleasure to watch, but this round she had a bit of an off-day. Still a solid round, however.
Congrats Ohn on your first elite win!!!
Chokesauce
I feel bad for Ella, she played so well until few last holes. Classic story about wheels coming of at the end. Kristin Tattar wins even after playing below her regular standard.
Honk! Thanks for the coverage and commentary, Geese!
