When I went into Device Manger there was a little exclamation mark next to an icon of a giant yellow question mark called "Other devices". So I just right clicked on that and then hit "Update Driver.." and BOOM! ....audio at last. :'D

I have always thought that the sound problem with windows xp was a very complicated problem, prompting me to go to computer specialists. I have spent so much just to have this problem fixed. However, going through this video, I finally got to realize and understand that the problem was not as complicated as it looked. In fact, the sound problem for xp is so easy to fix. Because of this video, I have learned a lot.

Interesting video. I had no sound on CZcams but everything else, so I checked the speaker on the CZcams video which showed an x beside it and then the loud/no sound bar. I guess the kitty cat must have stomped on it while I was not looking, she loves to do odd things to my screen, now she has been playing with the audio. Naughty kitty!
