What is your Operating system? Is it Windows XP or other OS? If it is XP please try again and reboot your system.

Jellamae, Please refer to BSD solution video first before you go about with sound. To be honest I cannot help you with blue screen of death. But I am sure you will be able to find a solution for it. Good luck.

fayçal moumen Please go to Control Panel - Under system and security click on "find and fix problems"
Then under Hardware and sounds click "Trouble audio playback"
New window will pop up - Now click on "Next" It will automatically detect your audio problems.
There will be two options "Speakers/Headphones"
Please select the device that you are having problems with.
Click "Apply this fix"
And that should fix all your audio problems.
