We haven't had a microwave in over 5 yrs... don't miss it one bit! I usually add a little bit of water to leftovers and that seems to do the trick

I do a pea soup the same way but I had smoked bones. It's very flavorful! Or add some of your bone broth in it. You will never have it any other way.

What kind of glass did you use for your lemon water? I'm the same as you. I start my day with three or four liquids and I end my day with a couple liquids as well. Needless to say we are very hydrated :) I'm looking forward to the ginger molasses cookie recipe!!
