Good effort and too bad about the breakage. I know my Meilan was way off after all the crashes and verifying it with the other GPS unit, but you could calibration check yours by running it in your actual car and see if it matches your mph on the speedo 👍 I bet you were going a good 10mph faster than it was reading!

Mine has been dead on (some cars actually read slightly slower than you are going) but great point. There is a lag in the readings so if you crash while accelerating it will not have time to register the top speed.
I feel that the body is holding you back. put it on the shelf and come back to it another time. That's what I've done.
I did cut out a airflow slot in the back of the body, and I trimmed the body a bit so that the backend doesn’t act as much like a parachute… I appreciate you bringing that to my attention because I probably would not have considered it before. I was hoping as it ran okay at 50, with trimming the back of the body I hoped it would be good for 70+.
I think I’m gonna give it at least one more attempt. 😎

Without a Castle Esc, your going to pull your hair out trying to go over a 100mph.
Its.not the lipo, its.not the motor, the Esc will only put out what I can handle. Start with a mamba X 6s

Also with Castle you can actually see what's going on in the run. "Voltage sag"
