Did you use ZModeler to make the geo for the mask intersection or did you model it somewhere else?
I modelled it in blender, I find zmodeler incomprehensible, why anyone would want to do hard surface in zbrush is beyond me. THAT SAID, you could very easily use zmodeler to make your mask mesh.
