Considering the price of OASE products you should expect long lasting quality so it's definitely a bonus when you get superior customer service standing behind their product when needed. 👍🏻

@@TelfordKoiPond not yet it’s not, I am dropping a faulty part off to them tomorrow for testing then hopefully it will be replaced! I had to buy a spare for now as they wouldn’t send me a new one without testing the old one! Not ideal on a koi pond when you need the part to make an item work.
7:25 Still swimming alertly in places. We want them to be trained so that these are completely gone from them. Then we will start to see a difference in their body shape and mucus. I made another list of Japanese hobbyists lined up for September! Have a look. Because they have spent months getting their swimming to that state!
Oase to the rescue great job.👍 On my system i wasnt running my bakki fast enough ( 30% on a 20k pump) and my media was not staying clean and i was getting sick fish. Talked to local koi supplier and he runs his bakki at 15k/hr and never cleaned his bakki in 20 yrs! So i now run my bakki at 70% as i cant do more thru my oase drum (2pumps running total 20k/hr) and media is staying clean and fish are soo much happier since May when i sussed out the issue. Therefore as a future video i might help others if u have some stats/ results on what u run your bakki at how clean the media remains and if any the effects on the fish behaviour ( hungry activity etc..) Anyways i ramble always watching your vids cheers Aaron🤙
