i called it a few vids back. its called progression the man is young and willling to improve. I see him being a solid 3 and D player wiuth playmaking abilities, which the league never runs out of need for.
That’s some drugs you’re on.. he’s been an average player vs average d1 teams.. so far, that’s MILES away from being an nba player.. and at his size 3 & d? You polishing knob with the best of them..
Ppl just putting to much pressure for him to be his dad when reality he could be more lik3 wade they forget lebron is 6 8 and like 240 -250 and was probably 220ccoming into the league
Bruh had heart surgery I’d play a lil different after that initially
College and nba are two different levels.. he’s short..
A solid small forward in the nba?NBA?? At 6'3? He can only play the 1 in the league
He doesn’t look like he has the physical dominance his father did but you can tell he has the right attitude. Playing hard on every possession and max effort defense.
Curious how that will translate into differences in their game. Lebrons entire style is built on bully ball. JR seems more finesse
@@user-qy2iz9du7pyou said lebron plays bully ball 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 had to laugh at that one.
He has all the skill and ability, he just lacks confidence. Hopefully he grows into himself.
There is a tremendous amount of pressure on this kid, being the son of Bron.
@@aaroncouch3235 what would you call it then?
@@user-qy2iz9du7pLebron always have played physical on both ends I think his son should’ve played a lil football
Y’all gotta stop, no disrespect to him but he really didn’t do anything impressive in the video. If his father was not who he is the absolutely no one would be talking about him. I don’t see anyone yelling progression to any other freshman. People need to stop capping about this poor kid. He’s not no lottery pick
He was never projected to be a lottery pick…
Only cuzz his father is good that why he has the attention
@@TheMcs33 No, he was never projected to be top 10 pick.
dude almost died some months ago and is there showing who he is... just because his father is Lebron James doesnt mean Bronny has to be like him.
Tough being a superstar’s son, gotta praise the kid for trying his best 👍🏻
Lol you acting like he already bust. The whole team was missing which was why they lost.
@@BigKing17he’s not a bust but he’s not a NBA talent that much I know
@@sinbadtheprophetin your opinion are any of the following players nba talent Thanasis, Scotty Pippen Jr, Kenyon Martin Jr, Amare Bailey?
@@Dontaskme-cv7nc you make a good point
no one else would get this recognition for this type of gameplay.
Sadly he will take another talent's spot in the NBA
Every ex nba player or current definitely will …melo son is next. Someone that doesn’t like JR would say a comment like this .
Ay man their parents should've played ball and be good too 😂
That jealousy oozing thru the comments. Too bad your dad is a whole sack of 💩😂😂😂
Not true. He almost died before the season. Perfect college story.
This shit brought the biggest grin to my face I want to see him win 💯
🤡
@@SFbayArea94121😂😂 why is he a clown?
that dunk was nasty, can you do that?
He’s only getting better and better keep up the good work ✨😎
Like father like son he took 8 steps...😂
No he didn't...he took two steps.
@@adonisvictorious3649… u mean too as in … too many
He is doing much better handling the environment that is D1 college basketball compared to the early games. One thing I would say is already elite is his speed and quickness. Speed and quickness is the hardest physical skill to gain, and scouts know that. As long as everything else develops, he will do very well.
In the NBA, I think his ceiling is a pretty good starting point guard who passes first, defends, and spaces the floor; not All Star level, but he can be pretty good. Realistically though, probably more of a 3-and D rotational combo guard, maybe in the mold of Melton or GP2. At the very worst, an 8th or 9th man. His current skillset is already solid at this stage, and obviously he has his father to ensure his continued strong development; so he's going to be a smart, useful rotational player at the very least
Feeling more optimistic about him seeing his improvements in his first year of college. At this rate should start next year or year after at worst
He's showing that he can manage in a D1 environment which speaks volumes. forsure there's room for growth but he's definitely demonstrating potential
Manage? This boy is a 1st rounder, he's just deep in his conscious rn & needa let loose. And ppl need to stop expecting him to live up to his Dad's game so they can pre-judge him.
@@johnp5761 I met "manage" meaning he doesn't look rattled or out of place in a D1 atmosphere.. it's a compliment. Honestly I think it's gonna be hard for him to get away from being compared to his dad for multiple reasons. The main one being his mannerisms on the court are almost Identical to Big Bron's 🤣. Overall I think he'll be a better shooter. I'm definitely excited to see his game develop
To act like this showed any sort of nba hype is wild. He has so far to progress. Any other player wouldn’t get the hype from this.
Exactly !
GP2 been locking shit up since college and it took him forever to get signed
I like what I see. Honestly, he made many good passes, but shots were missed. He is defensively sound and getting better offensively. He will be a problem later in the season
I think he will be a really good high iq basketball player. He doesn’t have to be his dad. He may not be a primary scorer but it didn’t look like he was in high school either. But he plays hard and can be a difference maker.
@@marcuscastillo514Marcus smart type player or drue holiday
He’s not that good
@@dominiquewilson he’s a dawg on defense. Stop the hate bruh. Just bc he’s not a score first player doesn’t mean he’s trash
Problem?! Highly doubt that
He will get it together
He getting that older & bigger body💪 love to see the great adjustment he has made to succeed
Gaining his confidence
and his team sucks
@@HimmyJohns988but y’all keep mentioning he wasn’t the number 1 player but the number 1 player in his history class is getting more time then him and shooting more than him. So what do that tell you the #1 player in highschool wasn’t all that they are in a different level now Isaiah collier have to evolve his game and stop playing like he still in highschool that’s why they suck.
@@Kingin30 tf you telling me that for ?
Yeah, losing to Long Beach State and Oregon State will really boost ones’ confidence to the moon 🌖 😂
Keep going and working hard Bronny.
he has alot of time left to develop his game. and he'll probably grow a couple more inches. hes a great basketball player!
Na he's not great yet .
🧐
Nah the height gonna go to Bryce
@MattGarcyaDC agreed ..I can't see bronny growing any more maybe side ways
He is def getting better. He’s lightning quick too.
HE IS NOT VERY GOOD. 😂. JUST STOP ✋ 🛑 AND FACE IT
This kid got the goods. People think because you’re not immediately appeasing to the eye with 20plus points you’re not that good. He’s impressive beyond stats. Hes a good overall basketball player defensively and offensively. He has value as a shooter and slasher/ improving shot creator. Defensively he’s a dawg!
Is Bronny better than Ja Morant or Zion? Because that's the competition he's going to face in the NBA 😂
@@tjmasterbarber2664 he doesn’t have to be in order to be a good basketball player at the next level.
@@tjmasterbarber2664 is caruso better than zion or ja? still got paid 37 mil to average 10 points a game
@@alanlindsay6820 he'll be a good NBA PLAYER just as long he plays with Lakers alongside his father!
@@6447myth Don't doubt the kid! He still growing
Truly one of the all time greats, amazing
He’s starting to get more and more comfortable each game it looks like
In case you’re wondering -
B. James stats for this game:
20minutes - 15 points / 3 Assists / 1 rebound. 6-11 FG / 2-6 3PT
I'm sorry USC is horrible and so sad to say Bronny doesn't even make any kind difference on the court sheesh...
Only reason I watch him play is to get a lil glimpse of Lebron in his youth somewhat
Ok I see you kid, you definitely James son, you can see he works hard
Okay we only know who this is because his father is the GOAT. Solid all around college player but there's no wow here. If he gets drafted it's because that team is trying to sign his father.
He looks quite well built. Definitely his strength is defence and athleticism. He also seems to play smart basketball. However, he doesn't have elite shooting
He getting better game by game. Those genetics are showing
Devin booker did
lol… PLEASE… you clowns still 🤡’s
He’s a hard worker and will get better. He ain’t come into HS the man. And he’s not the man now. But this kid is a work horse and will get better. I’m rooting on his success.
He’s not that good. He’s very athletic but he wasn’t even a dominant HS player. He’s only where he’s at because he’s Lebron’s son. That McDonald’s all American placement was a fluke. They give him hype like he was a Zion caliber player or something.
The Kid is playing some solid defense, already got a leg up on dad LOL. Looking forward to seeing him progress.
What? 😂😂😂
Lmao Lebron use to be really good on defense but he’s old and tries to retain his stamina as much as he can at times but he still plays defense for a old man so you sound young and never watched Lebron when he was younger
@@marcdefranco7768 Geez it was a 🤣🤣 did you miss the LOL
being lebron's son, he will be targeted and bullied due to his lack of size and height. if he can grow to 6'5 or 6'6 then he'll be much better though
@@6447myth Never known Bron to be defensive minded at all unless it's a chase down block from behind but chu got a valid point.
You called these highlights, the glazing going hard for this kid
He’s more of a two or a three wing player, and his shooting percentage will improve in do time
Yeah, his inbounds passing skills and pregame layups are absolutely sensational. He will win 25 rings 💍 by the time he’s done Bro
Good solid game.
should’ve made the title “bronny just being in frame” most were not highlights at all 😂😂😂
if he has the will to improve he will. momma not poor so he gotta find a different reason within
Everyone hating wouldn’t even get a sniff of the court at the D1 level
“Career high” he hasn’t even played one season and they got smashed 😂😂
Undefeated in '24😅
Might make 10x all nba defensive teams in his career and possible NBA DPLOY once or twice.
He's got it man, you can see it. He has the vision, IQ, attitude, effort, his skills will only grow.
There is nothing exception about any part of his game. He may get better but one doesn't become elite overnight. Maybe it'll be Bryce but they are not going to talk Bronny into bring elite no matter how much they want to suck up to his dad.
Wtf are you talking about what exactly is elite? Defense? Shooting?Athleticism? He has shown all of that at some point in highschool or college.Just talking stupid to be talking.
It’s starting to get real Bronny James
Bryce is going to be the phenomenon. Bronny will be a good piece on a good team.
Bryce is a Steph bronny is seth
You guys are 🤡 ‘s just like their whole family.
Can people please be honest if that wasn't LeBron's son he would be considered a less than average college player. He was great in high school only because his team was stacked not because he is that good! Without the name wouldn't even be someone we would know. Just someone taking the spot of someone who deserves to be there!
Agree 100%
I can confirm that and I can also confirm if you look at timestamp 217 he walked right before the dunk that's a travel😂
Took 3steps
Can you imagine thee pressure that young man feels. His name is lebron james Jr talk about expectations
Oooo that boy is coming straight to the lakers lol
Looking just like LeBron out there passing to people missing open 3’s 😂
A lot of people mad Bronny gets coverage.. If I’m LeBron James, the all time scoring leader, still in the NBA, and having done what I’ve done for the sport of Basketball you better love my kid. And he better get that NBA spot too, I don’t give a damn who else could’ve got it. Especially since he’s clearly not a bum by any means.. Point blank period.
is hard not to miss shoots when you give everything on defence Bronny on highlights looks like a hardest worker in the room RESPECT
Def gonna get Better
Should have known when I seen how u spelled "Thee-Phence" 😂😂😂😂
Edit: C what I did Dare!! Opps again😂😂😂😂
W video
The more play time he gets the more he will find himself and be more comfortable with the college level of play. Already have seen massive improvements since the season started will be a solid guard in the near future, Rooting for the dude never was a fan of his fathers but hey I like a story of a son trying hard to escape the massive shadow of his father.
Felt like I was watching Cleveland back when LJ first started
This lil dude hard. He great now
Get rid of that AssParagus hair.. You look ridiculous dude 😂😂😂.
Nice Goldilocks braids… they look cute
“Gotta be handy with the steel if you know what I mean, ear ya keep”
"Renegadeee!"
He solid
Rumble young man💯💯💯💯👍🏾
They should run offense through bronny when he off restriction but they not that good yet... Need a true big and dog on the wing to help bronny out
He’s play the right way! Makes the right play! He got it. Wait till he let it out!
Yes, he need to go doo doo 💩 🚽 before the games, he needs to let it out. So that way he can make it to d league, disgrace league bro . Big ups FAM
Yo si confío en que puede ser un gran jugador de nba
He's got Lebron's ugly jump shot, but he's also got his athleticism
What's funny is most of the people commenting never played D1 basketball...but are experts 😅😂. This kid would destroy about 99% of the commentors talking shit about him.
Yup, him and his dad will be chasing a championship together soon. Like Bron said that would be the icing on the cake for him to be on the court with Bronny.
Yes, d league champions for life.. disgrace league 😂 champs
He isn’t the player his dad was but he looks solid. Its pretty hard to play college ball as a true freshman. Thats a big jump
When he gets used to the speed of the opposition his game will break through.
Bronny’s floor is Marcus Smart with his ceiling being something like a DWade imo
Floor: Marcus Dumb… Ceiling:Marcus Dumb
To think his dad was slamming the ball in the NBA at his age 😂
He reminds me of Tony Delk with a better handle and passing.💯💯💯
Yeah he reminds me of the black Brian Scalabrine.. the absolute GOAT 🐐
“Elite” defense? Words are just thrown around to describe anything now.
Keep that defensive prowess like ya pops but I think offensively, he should model his game after Damian Lilliard. He’s already a good shooter. And can pass the rock.
Improve ya space creating handle to set up ya shot as opposed to relying on the catch n shoot. He’ll be fine.
When we really going to say this kid is nowhere near an outstanding talent. I hear all the commentators reaching just to make it like he is really that good. He is an average college player at best. His defense is slightly above average. But every college kid plays exceptional defense. Let’s be real people.😅😅😅
He gained 30 pounders in 2 months omg 😱
Bronnys little brother will surpass him, he’s going to be the next kd.
those passing the ball jump cut clips are official. Bronny can really move the ball up half court
Yeah he can really pass the ball from out of bounds. Incredible skills bro. During pregame he makes some great lay ups too. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE
Should have titled it Lebron James jr passing highlights
Bronny could tie his shoes and it’ll be on sports center saying he does the double loop just like his father.
Bronny is NOT it!!! He listed in the mock draft. His daddy paying these commentators to talk good about this kid!
The problem with children trying to carry parents mantle is they have so much shoes to fill compared to when his dad didn’t have anything to fill
He could easily be a donvan Mitchell with better defense he’s just have to work on his shot he’ll be alright
I guess he wanted to stay in LA close to family, but USC plays like a high school team. He's not going to develop into anything playing for a team coached like this.
Yeahhh Bron gonna be in the league a couple more years until Bryce gets in.
None of them getting in. They’re both horrible
He den got comfortable 😱😱😱

What if he needs the NBA stage to bring out his GREATNESS + his dad LBJ

He's finding excellent passes and opportunities for his team. His playstyle and stats will show with better teammates. Much like his dad.
(Not calling his current team garbage lol)
Teammates routinely missing layups
@@YungGroveBossand wide open shots
Yeah those layup drills pregame are absolutely sensational, he will be a star judging from those. The way he shoots free throws, absolutely out of this world bro. He will win 25 rings 💍
Does LBJ pay that guy to hype his son?
He balanced they dont see that
Balanced between Terrible/Worthless… yep
Dang move just like his father
good for G league
What exactly did he do?
He's young and has time to grow, but he is maybe an average player. Not someone who is taking over the floor, inserting his leadership or commanding the ball. At this point if he went to the NBA it is because of a last name and politics, not because of his overwhelming ability or dominance on the court.
he's a smart basketball player. maybe not as talented as his dad, but he plays smart. if i had to compare him with anyone is probably markelle fultz.
So glad they started to not call travels in college hoops as well. Soon the rule wont even exist
