- In his past life, this man was once homeless, addicted to drugs, and in and out of jail. After joining a program that empowers the Chicago homeless community to become micro-entrepreneurs, his life was completely transformed for the better and is now giving back to those in need.

Were there migrants in the tent city Patricia was in? Is that an already established tent city?
Yea, on Wilson Ave. & Lake Shore Drive there were about 8 of them. That tent city is already very much established.
