  • The Canon EF-EOS R 0.71x Mount Adapter allows users to utilise the extensive range of Canon EF lenses on the EOS C70, while maintaining the same full-frame angle of view and an increased light transmission of approximately one-stop.
Full communication between EF lenses and the camera body are maintained, with support for Dual Pixel CMOS Auto Focus, as well as peripheral illumination and chromatic aberration correction.
The EF-EOS R 0.71x Mount Adapter is a perfect companion to the EOS C70. Providing the flexibility to continue using Canon EF lenses as we enter a new age of filmmaking.

I have a C70 preordered. What kind of cable do I need to connect it to a v mount battery? Thanks 🙏🏼

The chose to make a first party focal reducer instead of making the c70 a full frame camera?

I'm not sure why but there seem to be so few good review videos or examples of footage available for this camera. Worse still is the content that Canon themselves seem to be commissioning. This is possibly the worst video of them all. I'm not sure why but it seems to be purposefully trying to look amatuer. Maybe it is an incredibly clever marketing ploy but in comparison to say the vibe around the Red Komodo or the offerings from Sony, and the production quality of the content these companies produce, here the content is just so poor. There seems to be liitle or no attempt to make the content or the way it is being captured to look professional. Maybe its just me but it seems very strange and is a complete turn off for me. BTW where are all the comments??
