This is video tells us how badass are Optimus Prime and Jaune Arc
Most people don't realize how much in common these two characters have. In one version of the story that I know of, Optimus Prime was never a warrior, but rather some sort of desk clerk while Megatron was a career gladiator or something. It was only through his experiences with the war and how he was determined to defend others that made Optimus the Autobot leader that so many love now. Jaune was never taught to be a Huntsman and yet he is steadily growing from what he used to be and having to cope with loss and responsibilities he was never ready for. Seeing the parallels anyone?

*the young Arc runs and hides in a shipping crate and can listen to impending battle but suddenly everything falls silent except for loud foot falls and then a metallic creature with one red glowing eye and spoke in a language that sounded like if binary and morse code was painfully fused together but then it spoke a word that the lad could understand*
???: MATRIX...
*the boy knew what it wanted the Matrix but the boy was trusted with so he grabbed his blade and drove it into the creature's eye and it screamed out in agony that's when they both heard a familiar voice*
Sentinel: SHOCKWAVE!
Shockwave: SENTINEL!
*Sentinel returned and manged to beat back the enemy after taking his arm two of these red eyed robots came up and started to patch up one eye and they enter a standoff but only one of them makes the first move*
Sentinel: Leave... NOW.
*the now frightened enemies were forced to retreat but one wanted to leave some parting words* Shockwave: Lord Megatron will crush you Sentinel.
Sentinel: I'd like to see him try... *The enemy retreats and he turns to the boy* Foolish child, you could have been killed.
Jaune: I'm sorry I just--
Sentinel: *laughing* Do not be sorry!
Jaune: Why?
Sentinel: You were very brave not many people of your size would stab a Decepticon assassin RIGHT in the optic! Hahahaha! You'll make a fine leader someday but one day the Matrix will return to Cybertron, so please until then keep it safe, promise me.
Jaune: ... I promise.

How I think a conversation between these two would go
Jaune:how do I stop the people I care about from getting hurt?
Optimus: by putting others before yourself you have the potential to be a prime jaune you just need what Humans call a push in the right direction
Jaune: but I'm not like you
Optimus: not yet but when it is my time the matrix will Go to you along with its wisdom let it guide you through the troubles ahead
Jaune: but your going to be around longer than I will
Optimus: considering the enemies we're up against I wouldn't be sure about that
Jaune:then what do I do in the meantime?
Optimus:(opens his chest a bit and pulls out a sliver of a blue glowing shard to jaunes discomfort) this is a fragment of the matrix I am entrusting it to you jaune to see if you truly are worthy of being a prime
(The sliver goes into jaunes chest and a flow of energy he hasn't felt since phyrra unlocked his aura goes through his body)
Optimus: how do you feel? jaune:(takes a breath) smarter I won't let you down
Optimus: I know you won't
To clarify the matrix sliver phased through his chest and evaporated into energy that went all around his body

Now that jaunes semblance is revealed lots of people think he is only support but i believe jaune is bravier than most he has little training yet has faced down grimm bullies himself and cinder he held off cinder who killed pyhrra we have seen he has strength with the shockwaves everytime he swings his sword now his leadership and strategy is amazing i believe in jaune he already is amazing and still has so much potential if people just give him a chance
He reminds me of Ratchet, a medic supporter to the Autobots, but had the skills and experience to bring his A-game when he needs it
I think (hope) during the final battle, Jaune will use his semblance on himself, amplifying his own aura and unlock an even greater power.

Jaune is my favorite character in RWBY, i don't get why some people hate him he's the most develop character in the series
I mean I think it has to do with the whole immersion in the universe bit. This world of spectacular moves, crazy weapons and insane skill. Then there is Jaune. Some kid with a sword and shield that gets thrown about by everything in the early seasons
(And yes Jaune is my fave character in the show)

Optimus Prime once a simple librarian named Orion Pax and as time goes on he was chosen to be a leader to the Autobot and next one to be honored as a Prime. I think Jaune might follow Optimus' footsteps on being a huntsman.

can we all just aknowledge that with zero training jaune self taught civilian went toe to toe with a a Ursa Major. That like any of us going against a bear, but its bigger, meaner and armored! plus pyrrha used polarity on the shield not his sword so he had enough strength to cut a thick armored neck in one hit.

I just realized Jaune was exactly like Optimus he was young hunter who couldnât fight like everyone else but when he lost Pyrrha he became a good leader just like how Optimus became a prime in transformers prime

Jaune lays on the ground weakly, aura depleted and armor dented and cracked,as Cinder; whom put Jaune in his critical condition, walks over to him. And Galvatron (G1)watches on the side lines, with a smirk on his face.
"It's such a shame to see you like this. A handsome but naive boy pretending to be a noble warrior. Just like his predecessor." Cinder says while walking towards him with a smile. "Only to realize, he's nowhere near the prime's level."
Jaune struggles to stand on his feet but collapse to his right knee, stairing angrily at the monster who stole Pyrrahs life, then the bot who killed his mentor, Optimus. Before his head was lifted from Cinders fingers. Galvatron starts walking up to the two humans with the Matrix acting as an accessory. "First Prime, then Ultra Magnus, and now, you. It's ashame how you "noble folk" die so easily." He said to Jaune, " I would've gained such satisfaction."
His grin fades into a scowl "But the time of satisfaction is over, Cinder"
Cinder looks at her "partner" with her good eye."Remember what we agreed upon your freedom. Destroy him and I will help you get your true revenge." He says as he clutches his fist.
The maiden looks back at Jaune, seeing the mixture of pain, hate and fear in him. She tosses him across the ground.
As Jaune slides across the ground, his sword, broken due to the fight between him and Cinder, was laying across from him; right above arms reach and was too weak to even move.
"Sence you're a special case, I'll give a proper death. Like your dearly beloved." Cinder conjures a glass bow and arrow and prepares to fire. "Send my condolences to Pyrrah for me."
Jaune could only watch as the arrow flies towards him and as a vision runs in his head.
*flashback*
A blue knight-like figure stands out on a hill watching the night sky with a broken moon. He hears footsteps coming up to him, "You should be resting." He says without even looking at the person. "Couldn't sleep, I can't help but notice you've been looking at the stars for the past three days." Jaune said walking up to the Prime's left.
Optimus looks down to his apprentice for a moment and then back at the stars. Jaune looked at the stars as well. They only stared at the night sky for minutes only the sound of crickets chirping to break the silence. " You shouldn't have been here." Optimus said causing Jaune to look at him "What?" Was the only thing he said. Optimus looks down to him " This war was only bewteen us and the Decepticons, until we took it to Remnant and dragged you and your friends into it. You could've lived normal lives as huntsmen." Optimus looks down to the ground "But our battle has only escalated to something much worse." Jaune looked away for a moment as Optimus continued "From the fall of Beacon, to worlds colliding."
"You're wrong." Optimus looks a Jaune, and he at Prime. "Yes we lost.. we lost Pyrrah, including you. And you're old team, and your planet." He says as he clenches his fists. "Despite everything you've lost and everything you can still loose, you chose to come out here, because you felt you can make a difference." Jaune lookes at Optimus again,"You didn't drag us along, you and Ruby gave us the courage to follow you. Including the bots that follow you now."
Optimus remained silent, looking at the noble spirit and then looks out in the open feilds. "I just wish I would have the same spark, if it weren't for Ruby or you I would've been stuck at home for the rest of my life. waiting for change to happen." Jaune says sadly "You are my friend, Jaune, you always will be." The boy's head rises up "So remember this. Fate rarely calls upon us at the moment of our choosing." Optimus keeps his gaze on the field as lightning bugs danced around the sky "So when the time comes, you must be ready for it, no matter what." Optimus looks back at Jaune "Only then will you be given the courage to lead your friends to victory."
*end of flashback*
Jaune watches as the arrow flies towards him. He felt as if time had slowed down, giving him enough time to figure out the one factor that could change everything, the Matrix of Leadership. With every ounce of strength he jumped away from the arrow, grabbed the sword and tossed it at Galvatron. The broken blade nearly scraped the big mech but it cut the chain that the Matrix was dangling from.
Jaune fell face first to the ground and the Matrix rolled to him. Every part of his being told him to grab it and so he did.
"Do really think that trinquet is going save y-" Cinder was cut off when a blue light shined from the Matrix, causing both her and Galvatron to sheild their eyes.
A familiar voice echoes over them, the voice of Optimus Prime,
*"Recognize one of your knights, Jauarkus Prime."*
It said as Jaune's body begins to float and glow in blue and white."Optimus." Was all Jaune could say before the light flashed one last time.
As the light fades Cinder and Galvatron stare in shock of what they see, a bot that looks like Jaune.
His skin was silver and metallic, and his white armor spreaded across his upper torso; giving him his old styled shoulder pads and his new chest armor with the autobot symbol on it with the matrix handles sticking out to the sides of the symbol and . His fore arms were red with golden hands, and black plating covering his legs from the feet to the knees. And his face looked identical to his human form, only silver with glowing blue optics and blonde metallic hair. "No." Is all Galvatron could say to the newly named Jauarkus Prime .
Jauarkus pulls out a long white and silver sword with a golden hilt, and his shield was like his normal version only bigger.
"Honor to the end." Jauarkus said to himself in his newly metallic voice before going into his ready stance.

Jauarkus Prime (Jaune-Ark-us) is my made up character of Jaune being a prime. His Alternate mode is a white and gold compact car with a trailer attached (like Rodimus Prime's space winnebago). And his sword is a combination between Jaune's Corcra Mors sword with AOE/TLK Optimus Prime's sword and his shield is the same but has Optimus' sentinel sheild gun feature. Jaune also has the ability to change back to and from his human form. Fill free to ask questions if you please.
