There is no way that Rey got so little. SO LITTLE TRAINING and she is this good. That really messes me up !!!!
Asoka had some good fight scenes. But the prequals were the best for lightsaber battles. Darth Maul and Obwan / Quigon was the best.

It’s worth mentioning that Rey spent half a year training under Leia (a fully trained Jedi herself) between TLJ and TROS. Still not much, but better than what Luke ever got.

I like Rey man. I actually love her. Prequels we’re good. Actually really good. But I say, Rey made star wars more interesting for me. I know these are some heavy claims but that’s my opinion.

Well, if you think logically, Disney, having bought Star Wars, could just change their employees to less experienced and professional ones, who were entrusted to deal with the universe, which was worked on by a completely different team for many years. Plus let's not forget about the author's vision, Lucas didn't make these movies, didn't write them, didn't direct them, etc. with his team, that's why they turned out such mediocre movies, compared to the old trilogy and to the new old trilogy with the Clone Wars, etc.

The lightsaber combat is just terrible now, even in Ahsoka it’s slightly better than the sequels but not by much. Ahsoka vs Morgan elsbeth was the only decent duel in the show.
It’s so crazy how you can literally find better choreographed saber duels on CZcams than in a multi million dollar movie/show.
Canonically it makes sense though because there was an entire universe of Jedi Order training temples and curriculums so of course the duels would be better. Rey never had any of the training that Ashoka did.
@@projectqrsargassoinc.4889 then why does Ahsoka fight like shit in her show, Baylin is also terrible. Stop trying to excuse their shitty choreography, it doesn’t make sense canonically the only thing that makes sense is that the creative are lazy af.
