    2:30, Keep the shoulder down to the hip, rise only the ankle.

    Rise and fall by ankle, rise with exhaling and compress the spine(pulling in and back of the stomach muscle) ; fall with inhaling and stretching the spine(stretching up).
    Whenever rise on the tip of the toes, feel the middle of the back(sternum) perfectly hanging over the tip of the toes, pulling the stomach muscle back to the spine.
    This is for internal balance by working oppositely.
