The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer czcams.com/users/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.
I TOOK ONE OF THESE APART A FEW WEEKS AGO IT TOOK ME THE WHOLE DAY TO GET IT BUILT UP AGAIN THERE MUST BE 20 PIECES 0R MORE IN THE FRONT ALONE LOVE YOUR WORK AS USUAL,THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT
As a tradesman myself and having used these tools it amazes me how many components are in these tools and the engineering involved in making them.
Kohletausch bosch flex
That was built like a tank. Great restoration job.
Its too bad we live in a world where labor is heavily taxed while resources are not at all.
This should be happening to every old tool, but paying someone to spend a day restoring an item like this costs about as much as buying a new one :(
Awesome refurbishment, great video, very detailed and well produced. Thank you for sharing.. 👍🍀😁
Вы проделали большую работу! Спасибо за ваш опыт!
i don't know which is better;
your video editing skills or your refurbishment skills.
Thank you for the video.
You're welcome :D I am glad you watch my vide.
I’ve watched your videos from the start - all great, but this was one of your best! 👍
Thanks! 😃
Довольно кропотливая проведена работа и достойна уважения. Одно дело разобрать, так после еще нужно все собрать.
That's been well looked after.
Nice job restoring it.
Great job. Acurate and patient.
Love the care the thoroughness of your work.
Thank you!
I’ve now picked up an obsession with demolition hammers. Will get a used one day and do the same thing.
This is surprisingly satisfying to watch
I'm glad you like it.
I work in a workshop
I repair power tools
Doing the same thing in my workshop and i really enjoy it
It's amazing how We work the same way even in the end when you hold the drill's bit to check it out i used to do the same lol
But i like your painting skills the most
And your video recording and editing are amazing i wish I could record my work too
Thanks for this amazing video from Iraq ♥️
CZcams brings us this conversion. I'm so glad while reading your comment. Anyway thank you so much!
Dude, I love this channel!
U are doing refreshing because Bosch won't die 😎
99% of people would throw it out, But you and only a small amount of people restore it, Looks great! Good job 👌😁
Wss
Hummer its self doesn't look too old it looks like left somewhere and forgotten or flooded by the way great job done 👍
I feel like this is the guy that puts tools back together for AVE.
Lol
At first I thought this was an AVE video but then I realized it was already unboxed and used
This guy is the healing bench

Good rebuild. Those are good hammers, if you can and have use for it, keep this one. I have several units bought for my team and with the exception of one that snapped the piston's skirt in a freak accident, they've been in hard use for a while now. One of Bosch's better tools in their "newer" line up.
Yes I will keep it. I feel more easy to use with this tool while testing. Thank you for sharing!
Amazing to watch, thanks for the show!
Holy moly! Fantasic job on that one, nicely done 👍🏼
Sir san ang shop mo ganyan din hammer ko bosch brand
Increible la calidad de bosch, el taladro tiene pinta de tener muchos años y haber trabajado mucho y las escobillas estan perfectas
thats some great German engineering in that hammer. It is very beautifully put together.
It works for it is designed, also tomorrow. No cheap plastic toy...
I still use mine on a weekly basis. Things built like a tank!
Tbh then it probably breaks down a lot.
Tanks a maintenance intense.
Amazing work!!
Perfectionist - nice job
8:26 This is impressive. Using a grinder to cut the band without damaging the part underneath whatsoever.
Great skills and camera work!
I’m actually shocked how well that went. The way the Germans over engineer everything, I expected it to be way more complex.
sadly many of their tools are made in china and are not the same quality
@@Dirtyharry70585 Not all is from China, Bosch factories stay also in Hungary or Taiwan.
why is everything from china badly rated?
@@SJMp3 Probably lack of good quality check at end product. Also badly payed workers will make crap stuff.Bosch from Hungary is really good or really bad and Taiwan is better than China.I found Bosch tools on flea market made in Malesya and Germany,I cant tell are they original.
@@Dirtyharry70585 why is the location of the factory important? as long as the procedures are the same, it could be produced anywhere with the exact same quality
The production of Demolution Hammers is still in Germany.
Great video!
I think this guy is a Bosch power tool technician that he can easily fix it back in a proper way.
Looks like powerful tool, but it is so heavy! Still, nice restoration. Nice to see a quality tool saved from the dump. It is probably better quality than the homeowner grade junk you find in hardware stores nowdays.
I have one of these and it is a real work horse. Breaks and drills concrete like nobody's business!
ho, you're so good at it.
У меня такой бош тоже был только после разбора и ремонта работать стал лучьше и работает вот уже 6лет.хорошая машинка и не подводит никогда.профи!!!👍💪

But to say I didnt know it had piston.
I loved that mini piston!
Great video 👍
Keep up the good work 👍
This is amazing work. I don't know how you remember where all the parts go. You're gifted, for sure. Thanks for sharing your incredible skills. I'm wondering, though; with all the time, effort, and resources employed in repairing the tool, wouldn't you be better off replacing it altogether?
Great content
Wow awesome job .

Excelente, glória a Deus
i am 100% sure i could tear this appart and never be able to put it together ever again ahaha or actually put it back but realizing i left out 3 screws, 5 washers and a bearing out
Yep. When i do a project that's way less complicated than this, I take pictures at each step and lay every piece out in the order they came off, watch tutorial videos and still manage to have extra parts left over.
@@jwa765 spare parts

Very nice work
Muito bom gear show! Show mesmo!🖒🇧🇷
Thank you!
Finally somebody who knows that this model of hammer takes OIL not GREASE. When you fill these with grease they will work for a few hours only.
For this hammer its 60ml of Bosch 1 615 430 019 or 1 615 437 512 Oil upon full disassembly to be precise.
That oil is too expensive though so id say 10w40 engine oil is about right for the viscosity.
Hammer geraboxes are not to be messed with they need the right lubricant they were designed for.
Most Makita and Bosch hammers use a very liquid low viscosity grease for sealed gearboxes. Its NGLI 00 or 000 approximately.
The smaller hammer drills use NGLI 0 for Makita and Bosch may use up to NGLI 1.
