The real MVP here is his wife. Sticking by his side and supporting his dream throughout this whole time.
Certified Finest I love CZcams lmao
Don’t get me wrong, that’s great that she’s doing that but I still see him as the MVP. Not only has he stuck with his dream and shown the utmost work ethic, respect and character, he still provides for his family with a second job. This guy has a hall of fame personality.
O N I agree with you
his wife kinda fat tho lol
@@paugasolina5048 ?
He shot %55 from three and they still sent him back down 😭
They needed a spot for bronny
watching this again after many years. Still inspiring!
Same. Just randomly popped in my head and had to watch it. This story deserves a resurgence.
Always admired this guy, finally met him a few months ago and got to tell him how much he’s inspired me, but I still don’t think he fully knows the impact he’s had on a lot of people.
It makes me cry when u see he was the last person still in Laker Jersey in the locker room after the game. Cherish the moment!
Grinded for 10 years and delivered
They should make a movie of his story
Sometimes life is tough and unfair. But i still salute this man for never giving up
Just met him today, such a legend!!
This man is a math tutor as well God bless his soul!!!! This man deserves the absolute finest things in life
Such a humble man. Living his dream and crushing it. No one can take that away from him. What a moment to embrace for the rest of your life.
NBA is hell of a league for this. They gave him so much love and knew this would be the greatest day of his life and created a great video for him. Then he proceeded to get serious minutes and go off. So much support from the Lakers. Unreal.
Really could’ve been given a bigger shot than two games.. such a great story of persistence!
He really gave that 48% 🙏
This man is so humble loved watching his two games
I just met him today getting my car inspected in Richmond, VA. Brother is a true inspiration. 💪🏼
I’m not easily inspired by anything ever but this man truly inspired me 2 years ago when I was having trouble acclimating to the world again after having extensive spine surgery . Wish I could thank him somehow
10 years in g league is so inspirational this guy never give up to keep he's dream come true to make it in the NBA😭❤️
such a beautiful story for the lakers and for himself. so time people just need to have that motivation to push your self to keep going and make your dream to be come ture.
This is a video about a player who trained his whole life to succeed and make his goals. This video shows that everyone is capable of doing whatever they want if they work hard for it. I’m inspired by Ingram and I will continue training to play professional basketball 🏀
I'm actually going to his camp in a few days in VA. I really hope he can help me perfect my 3 point shot and improve my ball handling so I can be an elite guard
How was it?????
6:05 his voice and the way he speaks remind me alot of Kobe for some reason
i LOVE stories like this. this is why i LOVE sports so much man
Why am i just seeing this, this brought tears to my eyes.
this is so emotional.
This is so wholesome man I'm happy for him 4 years later
Only a ten day contract to play the last two games of the regular season? Dude should have gotten at least a full season contract for the minimum, at the very least. Smh. The NBA did him dirty.
I wouldn't say they did him dirty because he got the opportunity most don't get but I do wish he got a longer contract
CP3 is a class act, that’s why he’s the 🐐 of the PG position
Aww, I loved this! Made me cry, so happy for him. Would have been better, of course, if he could have stayed in the NBA for a while.
Congratulations Andre Ingram...you Sacrificed you turn your Dreams into reality...kept working hard...congrats
This is so wholesome it makes me cry
How did he perform that well on that night. I would be so nervous you’d see my legs shaking through on the TV.
Inspiration , got to meet up shortly after this , couldn’t be cooler more humble or a better guy
The Real ones are here.... we suffered through those years
5:52 oh you know he had a great stint if your locker is next to Brook and Luol Deng
This is so inspirational!
This put a smile on my face
wish I could like a video more than once what a guy
The league so desperately needs to expand to at least 32 teams. There is too much talent now to be riding the bench or fighting for a roster spot stuck in the G-League. If there was more teams, maybe Andre could have realized his dream earlier. Really proud of his story, I still remember it like it was yesterday. To have a debut like his is everything he could have dreamed of. Best wishes to his family.
What a good dude
It’s sad he never got the chance to play when he was in his prime😕
3 years ago went fast
I couldn't stop smiling watching this video
Kobe Bryant in a body suit 😔
He try and try and he is in the nba he is inspiration guy😭😭
Lakers Legend
This shows what hard work gets you. Might take a while but you might accomplish what you're setting out to do, and I'm glad he didn't thank god for any of it, which alot of Americans tend to do.
such a cool moment/story
8:15 green release jumpshots landing
I really wish hes doing well right now
I hope LA will give andre Ingram a chance to play again his story is inspired many people and really he can help LA LAKERS HOPE LBJ COULD TALK TO LA LAKERS MANAGEMENT AND SIGN ANDRE INGRAM 1 YEAR 🤞
A true professional!
Lakers need him now!!!!
This is legitimately heart-warming.
Inspiring
This kinda makes me cry
If this guy got sign up 15years ago. Im sure he will be one of the star player or role player can be.
😇🇩🇴 this history make me cry 😢 😇🇩🇴 Don't ever give up 😇🇩🇴
This is so fucking wholesome
They gotta call him up now‼️
Dude deserves all of it. Wonder where he is now
Never give up
So many legit bums who ride the bench in the NBA and this guy had 40%+ from three only got a few ten day contracts but hey I’m glad he made it
Dude deserves a 1 year minimum contract
Nick Hoelzle why? It's not a charity
Jack J He played good a 1 million contract has been given to far worse players. I think he's earned it
Jack J the lakers literally gave smush Parker a contract it can’t be that bad
"KWAME BROWN! KWAAAME BRROOOWWN!"
your crazy. he shot 22 percent his next game against the clippers after this game against houston. He played 34 minutes and in all honesty houston let him score, if they didnt want him to score they would have double teamed him
This is so fucking wholesome
Shit makes me wanna cry. Real basketball players know how special this moment is.
Facts
he sound like kobe...
JCUTMoto true
JCUTMoto lowkey lol
and he looks like him too
Cus he is his son
Lol jk
Ikr? hahaha
I've worked out with him for 8 yrs never seen someone work so hard. Hardest worker in the weight room!
update: the Lakers took away the contract for billionaire Lebron
really, no extension? he performed really well tbh
I haven’t seen him in the gym in a week or so
oh really? hes not very ripped. but im sure hes a hard worker. all those gray hairs at 32 :p
Justin Ejimah he’s not holding a lot of fat and pretty strong
This guy gotta be more talented than them weakass bench warmers.
smlbcity23 fr
Tru tho😂
not really the bench warmers are on the team for a reason. Put them in the d league and they will dominate more than andre
@@Oli-cc3eh Lol...no
Hope he gets signed
Milk2Percent TTV he isnt signed
Milk2Percent TTV Its impossible for him to win ring against Warriors. (Same conference)
King Bradberry Still 3 months before the season starts
how can he be in the finals with the warriors?
Ever noticed his voice sounds just kobes voice ??? Like jussst a biiittt
Time for him to carry lebron
@Football Fan bruh he made a joke lmao salty ass
What else can the GOAT do? Carrying LeBron ain't nothing for him.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Wow
Stfu dont even use the identity of the great Alex Caruso. You're a disgrace
You’re telling me Marcelo Huertas got to play for the lakers every game, yet he was in the D/G League for 6 years just with the lakers and didn’t play once?!?!?! The lakers could’ve gotten at least a few more wins if they gave Andre Ingram a chance a couple years back. Nothing but respect for this man, too!
48% from 3 point come on now wtf is he doing developing for 10 years???
@STUNNER STEVE316 Marcelo Huertas is Brazilian...ignorant Americans.
BBallMixtape ok...?
Totally agree.
Man hope he stays the league
This gave me chills.. He seems like a great man and I hope nothing but the best for him and his family..
Lol I’ve actually guarded this guy before at an outdoor court near LA. He’s pretty damn quick and was definitely the best player on the court by far and my team was all good players who used to play college ball mostly 25 year olds in their prime. Just makes you wonder how good you actually gotta be to make it to the League
Lebron need this mans 48% career 3 point shooting on his team. Give him a damn min contract to stand in the corner/wing waiting for the drive and dish from Lebron, he'll knock them down better than most! CMON MAN!
Hugh Jaynis bro idk why we won't resign him SMH
Hugh Jaynis we need this guy on the squad
I agree, he intrigues me
hes a better kyle korver
@@helensvalehogscoltsbrah9119 hell no
Magic: I want that 48%
Ingram: Hold my beer...
The Goat Himself
I respect him a lot. It’s not about the money at all. Just the chance for him to play basketball in the NBA is all he ever dreamed of. We all have goals and it makes me feel so good to know he never gave up. I really needed to see this story. Such a determined guy. I need that dedication.
Should have won ROTY
TJ Sneakers312 ok relax my dude
Should have won MVP
are you kidding me so Ben simmons and dovonan Mitchell suck ?
Should be first ballot Hall of Fame
Random guy V2 I’m pretty sure he’s jokin
He deserves a 1 year contract at least. Look how blessed he feels to be called up for 10 games 🙏 grateful
2*
10 days
9:49 "finally got an ingram that can shoot the ball" LMAO
“Same thing I said coach”😂
did anyone hear the brandon ingram roast ? lol man said we finally got an ingram that can shoot damn.
Maan this guy is an example for everybody!
They could actually use that 48% now
Also now
Damn!! I literally cried like in cartoons... Tears literally bursting out...
After so many years in the g-league and gets his dream to play in the nba for 2 games, I hope after all that he doesn’t end back in the g-league
This guy better get signed
Luke Moran he resigned /:
wait what why
Raphael Jerome probably his age
He didn’t retire..he’s just a FA
Says the kid who goes to new St. Peter’s
Andre Ingram + lebron James = 2019 NBA champs
MartialMan facts
Is he still a FA? I hope lakers re-sign him this guy can ball and he deserve to be in the NBA .
Let's be realistic. It's not happening. I don't even want LeBron here in LA
MartialMan if he gets signed😳
so u dont want to be in the playoffs or conference finals for the next 3-4 years just to rebuild a team that will be unable to beat teams such as the 76ers?
That debut Jersey is good enough for the rafters tbh
I hope he can land a deal somewhere, even for a year or two, but if not, at least he can always say he stepped on an NBA floor and scored.
Paolo Sanchez He could go to the Grizzlies they need help
LAKERS! Sign this man up ffs. 1y Minimum and he's set for a long time! He deserves it!
Andre, you deserve it all!
Angelo G idk what we are waiting on!!!
I'm crying..he deserves to play..
I'm glad this dude got the call up. He seems like a stand up man. It was awesome that he had a great game and he wasn't afraid to fire away when he got the ball! Congrats my man!
19 in first Nba game vs Rockets ??!! Cmonnnnnnnn !!!!!
He's a better player than most of the Lakers roster.
I have seen many inspirational videos, but this one made me well up with tears. So happy for Ingram. I could really feel the struggle and the know how hard it is to stay committed. I see many parallels in my life. Its great to hear he was a physics major so he has a backup plan but moreover, that his 19 point game was a way to make it all worth it. Kudos to the Lakers for being so supportive. I love it... 'When you get it, let it go!' Hahaha Congrats Ingram!
32 years of age is not to old !
Young man at his prime
That's what's up!!! Hard work pays off and it shows. Happy for you Andre Ingram!!! Great story!!! Go Lakers!!!
very touching moment!
his debut game was fantastic!👏.. Wish you all best and goodluck on your NBA career!
