So let me get this straight… you’re going to mess with and modify lug nuts that hold wheels onto a truck that is capable of hauling up to 20,000 lbs depending on how your customer uses his truck?
Just so I understand, you’re going to mess with fasteners by cutting them, heating them from cutting adding to or messing with the weight to the fasteners that hole a wheel on a vehicle that a properly insured business installs as little as 1oz weights to those same wheels just to assure that the truck goes down the road without any extra shaking or vibrations keeping the operator safe and secure.
You’re speaking of the same bolts that a bolt and nuts Mfg company that follows strict guidelines set by an agency who spends millions of dollars in R&D with testing and combatting issues that are approved by a scientific company approved by a government agency that assures what the public is able to buy for their vehicles is safe as long as it’s not modified after the initial approved parts by the SAE THAT PASSES THESE TESTS assuring the public confidence that that vehicle should not have a failure that will cost the lives of Americans?
So it’s those same simple lugs that are
Those same lug nuts that are responsible for literally keeping the wheels and tires on a pick truck that could be at its lightest weight 7,550lbs and is capable of being reliable to drive off the city or county maintained road and is totally common for an owner to drive on bumpy dirt roads shaking the truck to bits starting at the wheels and tires causing more stress than what society would consider normal but is still acceptable? It’s those same kits you’re going to go and modify what has been approved to keep Americans safe?
The same nuts responsible for holding the wheels and tires on a truck that on any day of the week could theretically be doing 65-75mph hauling TRASH TO THE DUMP OR KIDS TI SOCCER PRACTICE or a man’s entire family to a campground haul ing an extensive amount of weight and even could be attached to a trailer furthermore enhancing their vehicle making it larger heavier and more capable of having a failure at the critical parts of the vehicle say like where there’s massive heat and force from wheels spinning around with enough gforce that can carry as much weight as 25 of the vehicles he’s driving in one tire if it were to come off the truck fly down the road and hit a school bus causing it to spin out of control off of the bridge and fall into a fuel tanker truck who was refueling at the fuel distribution center causing fires and explosions for the next week while fire departments from 20 county’s had to combat the fire
Well hell if it’s just those itty bitty bolts that hold the wheels on with the hub caps and you’ve got 24 of them so sure sounds legit! Can I get 2 sets of those please!??
