I used to shit all over the Note when it first came out for how bizarrely "massive" it was for the time. Now it's about average with non-Note smartphones. Of course, this was 2011's me. I fully support that size increase trend now, now that smartphones have gone from "flip-phone with built-in mp3 player" to "all-encompassing mobile communications terminal/pocket-sized laptop".
(Also, this was sent from my Note 10. The Plus size, naturally.)
