  • Today, John, Sam, and our guest, Fr. Ken Garaci, discuss how he went from being a profit-driven agnostic business executive to a Catholic priest who constantly guides men in defeating Satan and resisting his temptations. The story of how God so clearly intervened in his selfish life serves as a reminder to all of us that God is always seeking our souls. Fr. Ken delivers one incredible statement after another to remind each of us that we must wake up, truly comprehend the world around us, and utilize the tools God has provided to overcome Satan while simultaneously growing in love for Christ. We are all engaged in a battle, whether we are aware of it or not; the world depends on our response to the call.

Binding Prayer by Fr. Chad Ripperger
In the name of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and God,
Jesus, I ask You to render all spirits impotent, paralyzed and ineffective in attempting to take revenge against me, my family, my friends, my community, and those who pray for me and my family.
I ask You to bind all evil spirits, all powers of the air, the water, the ground, the fire, under ground, or wherever they exercise their powers, any satanic forces in nature and any and all emissaries of the satanic headquarters.
I ask You to bind by Thy Precious Blood all of the attributes, aspects and characteristics, interactions, communications and deceitful games of the evil spirits.
I ask You to break any and all bonds, ties, and attachments in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
    Amen.
Fr. Ken Geraci lived the life of the prodigal son for most of his young adult life. Raised in a nominally Catholic family, who only lived the externals of the faith, as a young man, he left the Catholic Church for many years. During that time, he earned a business degree and achieved business success, but made little room for God. God, however, did not give up on him. During this journey, Our Lord presented him with challenges that forced him to question his personal beliefs and to ask the question "What is Truth?" Through a series of conversions, years of struggle, study and questioning, Fr. Ken found his way from agnosticism, to non-denominational Christianity, and ultimately back to the Catholic Church. Fr. Ken joined the Fathers of Mercy in 2006 and was ordained in 2012.

God bless you. I had a similar call back to Jesus and Catholicism while I was doubting the Biblical deficiencies of evangelicalism. What started as a whisper from God became an overwhelming desire for total surrender and communion with Jesus in the Eucharist. You have it right go see your priest.

What an edifying session. What Fr.Ken has to say is really true and relevant in today's life.
I for myself is indeed in need of God's grace. Life is tiring but hope in the Lord keep me sane.

This priest reinforces what my sister said to me a long time ago, "Our faith is not about feelings." I have finally realized she was saying, as Father said, it is about ACTION!!!

St. Benedict said Ora et Labora. Prayer and Work!! Too many today give a defeated "all we can do is just pray about it". Nice sentiment and a good start. But Action gets things done quicker if we are willing to be God's hands and feet and voice.

Great story of Father's conversion, the roles of his former girlfriend and boss, a couple of guiding priests, and your courage to say yes. Strong advice of deliverance prayer and being prayerful and disciplined rather than dopamine-driven. God bless you, Father, and God bless John and Sam and your families.

I love that story about the window and the puddle. I'm in a 12 step program and I get asked to mop up muddles all the time, by people with windows that are WAY open. I'd love a follow up interview question that unpacks the issue of "accompanying" people who have no desire to "close their windows".

interesting segment, thanks. Remember, the root of moral and intellectual relativism is economic relativism, that is, free market economics. At one time all commerce was subordinate to religion. Then in the 19th and 20th centuries business broke free which was bad enough but now business and tech are like moral- spiritual bulldozers. Not only religion, but all forms of social cohesion and governance are under assault. In today’s world evil has full freedom and is even defended by the new social media barbarians.

This holy Father of Mercy suggests you start with whatever prayers you can get started with if you are not praying yet. Please be assured that the quickest you can work toward the prayers of the holy Rosary, the quicker will be your path to a closer relationship with Jesus. Our Blessed Mother is asking for the prayers of the Rosary with increasing appearances in the last many centuries. Please do not overlook her motherly pleas. Get your weapon ready. The Divine Mercy Chaplet in addition to the Rosary, has been given to us through St Faustina to emphasize God's generous mercy in these last times of increasing evil. Likewise, the revelations on Divine Will given in Italy nesr the same timing as Divine Mercy in Poland can prepare us all to be ready. Are you ready?
St. Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle!

Quick question to anyone to anyone who knows the answer. I feel called to wear the red scapular of the passion. Is a blessing on the scapular by a priest enough or is there an investiture process. I have heard conflicting explanations on this . Thanks
