The key to downtime cycles is certainly in delaying and frustrating the enemy progress. Holding flags for hours is critical.
We also use seige towers to defeat enemy rallies. It's effective in assisting the Garrison to hold

this why i wanna be a kraken cause if i can run 7 marches i would most definitely be on 24/7 even its only me i would fight them into my team wakes up but sadly im a f2p😂

But does the kd recognize and support the downtime losses with rss? Mine? Not so much
Whales are on their own when playing in such an aggressive manner. But if you're a normal player who is filling garrisons, on voice, and helping in the field, then your RSS needs will be highly prioritized.

with multiple marches is it better to run Joan/nev than Nev/Joan?
They're basically equal. Joan/Nev is better in Ark. Most people use Nev/Joan in KvK because 1) Nevsky gets targeted a little less and 2) If you want to rally without changing gear, you already have your best cavalry gear on Nevsky.
How do I get a lot of speed ups fast?
Barb chain or spend money.

tbh this playstyle would only suit whales, and completely doesn't work for f2p/low spenders as they cannot sustain bad trades
