Ingredients and procedure
Here are 4 easy ways to make finger sandwiches
1. Peanut butter & Jam Sandwich
Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut hearts shapes from each slice of bread.
Spread a thin layer of butter & strawberry jam, peanut butter on one side of the bread
2. Ham & Cheese Sandwich
spread vegan mayonnaise
add in plant-based cheese, ham & spinach
cut into squares & enjoy
3. cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwich
combine dairy-free cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon zest & the juice
spread mixture on the bread
add in cucumbers
slice to your desired shape & enjoy
4. Cucumber Guacamole Sandwich
mash avocado
add chopped onions & tomatoes, lime juice, sweetener, salt, pepper
spread guacamole on the bread
add in cucumber

This version of the Cream Cheese Cucumber (CCC) sandwiches looks quite yummy plus it’s one of my all time favorites and the Avocado and Cucumber sandwiches look very tasty as well. I’m thinking a pick up at Whole Foods may be in order tomorrow😊😅.
