Abandoned Boarded up House with Stinking Horse Barn

  • Once occupied, started on fire by the husband with the wife inside and the husband unknowing, but she was saved. The second floor was gutted. Repaired and occupied again only to be foreclosed upon, then vacant, now abandoned. This property had an interesting history. They had horses, but now only the wild deer visit the stables and do their business where the horses did.
It appeared to me that there may have been a squatter - how recent I do not know, but I felt like not much time had passed.
    Thanks for watching!

January 2023... This property has been purchased from the bank that let it fall into disrepair, is currently repaired and occupied.

@@buggsmcgee9270 I'm sorry, but like many other explorers, I can't reveal locations. I've passed that place many times recently and can report that something is going on there - don't know what exactly. A storage building has been knocked down and an RV is occasionally parked behind the double-wide. If I hadn't received so many rude and obscene comments about that place I wouldn't have disabled comments, but that's the way things go sometimes. Thanks for your interest though.

It's morally reprehensible the way these banks get ahold of these properties and then let them sit for years until they've deteriorated past the point of repair.

It is and so many people homeless. I even read they're 6 houses per homeless person in America. Imagine the immorality and how easy it could be to distribute them among those in need? Particularly am looking for one house, or a piece of land in Miami Florida, I still can't find one cheap where to place a shed and live in there in peace.

Thanks for viewing the video! I'm sorry, but I would not be able to arrange rentals for these properties that I presented. I am adding a comment for the above property.

The frig and freezer with doors on is really dangerous for younger kids. The bank should have taken the doors off. Also, a lot of banks gave up on properties because with all the shinanigans between buying and selling with each other they actually lost or never got the titles, so they can't sell. Also, particularly in rural areas or areas that still aren't doing well, there just isn't anyone to buy these houses. Looks like the barn wood/beams, windows, doors , and mantel in the house would be worth saving. Maybe the bank would trade them for fixing the old appliances so some kid doesn't get smothered in them!
