Abandoned Farmhouse and Neglected Property with several outbuildings and four old cars.

- Passing this house on almost a daily basis, I was always curious about it's appearance of being abandoned, but when a For Sale sign was posted recently I decided to investigate. When I called I found out that it was listed as vacant land because the house was in a sad state of deterioration. While exploring I found no calendars or documentation that would have given a clue as to how long the house had been unoccupied, but judging from the 1980's cars that were abandoned I might guess that fifteen years or more has passed since someone lived there. We did discover a box full of old family photographs, but I opted not to display them.
I hadn't noticed while exploring, but the thought occurred to me when I was editing the video that the house was missing something: a bathroom! No place to do your business - or shower! Therefore I have to assume that, perhaps, the first shed behind the house was an outhouse.
Note: While I did obtain permission to view the property, I was warned that "If you go into the structure you might not be able to get out." I made that decision on my own and am solely responsible for my own safety should anything have happened.
Always get permission if you want to explore a property and give serious thought to your safety before entering a structure that could potentially be unsafe and dangerous.
UPDATE: During the weekend of May 4th, 2018, the house was torn down. It took more than four dumpsters to haul away the debris. The new owners have removed all the cars and are clearing the property.
great video! After you explored the surroundings I expected the house to be full of stuff, thinking it was a hoarder's house. But it wasn't too bad. Love your camerawork. Great quality! Subscribed!
Thanks for your very nice comments and for subscribing! Sadly the new owners of the property have removed all the windows, exposing the inside of the house to the weather... this is already taking it's toll. It appears that they have also removed most of the furniture.

Enjoyed your video, very clear and thorough. It's nice you take your time and not fling the camera around. Such a shame to see all the antique and vintage items just rotting away, from the cars and tractor, to the furniture and piano.
I continue to pass this property on a daily basis and watch to see what may happen. It appears that the sale did not close and the place continues to deteriorate. Yes, it's sad that everything is rotting away. Thanks for watching all my videos, Evelyn!

Wow, to bad. Did you ask if you could metal detect the property? Bet a lot of neat old artifacts there. And with the dumping owners did bet original owners had a bottle dump somewhere on that land.
Are these properties for sale?
Theres a shadow well it looks like 2 shadows (one in front of another) that moves at 20:55-56 just to the right of the stove, its not a person too big see if you can figure it out.
Is this property still for sale? if so, where is it located?
The property DID sell, but I am confused about what the new owners are doing... so far they have removed all the windows from the house. It stands wide open to the elements. Nothing else has been done, however.

Yes, it sold - but the new owners only removed the three more modern cars and - oddly enough - removed all the windows in the house and have left it more exposed to the weather. I assume to allow it to rot further and fall apart.
