    I guess I don’t understand the purpose of this. Why do you layer several times only to obstruct previous layers. I sorta looks like what might be underneath a painting on a painters easel, sorta dried up paint, old brushstrokes and crusty paint drips. I’m not trying to be contrary, I am just not understanding the purpose. Is this supposed to represent a painter’s drip tray?

    It looks like the crackle paint is very matte. Can you mix mica powder into it for a more metallic look? Or does that interfere with the crackle effect?
