But are they any good?
I give my honest opinion and put them to the test against the old school flights and stems that we’re all so used to seeing.
Which will come out on top?
Will they improve your game?

As a Canadian, I just discovered the fun and experimentation of darts about 4 years ago. Initially using tradition dart, stem, flight systems with nothing to protect the stem. I was spending a lot of time purchasing new stems to replace the one I'd robin-hooded. I then moved to the shell-lock system. The shell-lock system required the punching and insertion of a small bit of plastic that wouldn't allow robin-hooding and protected my expensive heavy metal stems. This new all-in-one flight-stem is a gamechanger. Although only a couple days in , I see the benefit and enduring prevention of any damage to the stems. Lets face it the biggest problem with playing darts is the frustration and expense associated with replacing equipment. Im convinced the K-flex are the future of darts for the average player. awesome!
Canadian here too!!! I've been using the k flex no.6 and no.2 for 2 weeks now. The flight is great but not liking the groupings... they don't conform to being hit by other darts. Robbed me easily of a few 180s

My only reason for not buying them is customization. Part of the fun of darts, for me at least, is the unique look everyone's individual darts can have.
That’s a fair point. Who knows one day you might be able to design your own
Theres nothing stopping you printing or buying small stickers to stick on the flights if you dont like the plain look

@@DaleyMayall I've customised all 3 of my condor axe sets using stickers or permanent markers. Makes no difference how they perform, and they look far far better.

I have been using the exact same set of K-Flex medium flights SINCE THEY CAME OUT, and besides a few inconsequential knicks on the top of the flights, they work 100% as good as the day they came in the mail and I put them on (around a 5-7 days since they were first available to shipped to US buys). I also FUCKING HATE having to try and straighten the flights all the time which, as was pointed out in this video, isn’t required with K-Flex or any moulded flights. They are half the cost of Condor Axes and perform the same and hold up the same (yes, I have used Condors A LOT). I think they’re are worth every penny, BUT people are individuals and there are going to be those who prefer the “traditional” flight/stem setup and that’s fine.

Can I suggest that you drop the darts from a rig?
That should ensure hitting the same hole everytime you drop it.
And you should get the most accurate results I think.
I got mine today putting them in my loadouts had an issue with 1 or 2 threading
Here are my thoughts on a brief 1 week period using a similar system (cosmo and Robertson). The hard molded flights fly straighter, seem to eliminate Robin Hood’s and stay true over time. The bad part is hard bounce outs seem more common as flight can’t pop off and allow the dart to continue into the board. In the first 10 days or so I have had several darts bounce back and never make contact with the fibers which is annoying but in general I see these as a superior system for the better flight path
Personally I don't like how boring the K flex look and I am honestly not good enough to worry about performance advantages. Also is it just me or did the K flex look way more aggressive with the deflections than the standard kit?

I've been using unicorn fusion for a while. Same all in one idea. One of the biggest things (for me) is it stops me fiddling with and checking my flights between throws. I sometimes used to lose concentration thinking about whether my flights are in tight etc. can't see me going back to traditional flights/stems now.

Storm points will prolong the life of your k-flex even longer. For me though the condor zero stress (not the axe) is the better product, much more flexible, the flight does actually move out the way when hit by an incoming dart and there are more options to choose from. Nice video though.
I couldn’t disagree more with you on the condor there shocking I have used the standard flights and stems for ever until this year my mate had some condor axe and loved the idea as I’m a target fan boy I purchased a set of kflex and the condor after 2 weeks I got a bounce out and the axe snapped clean off I have had numerous bounce outs with my kflex and there still going brilliant the set of kflex iv got on my darts have been on there 9 weeks Thursday plus the kflex are almost half price

Whats the true meaning of that differences between short, intermediate and medium kflex??
I bought some k flex about 2 month ago to change from my nylon stems and standard flights and I am using the old school currently as it is what I prefer personally. Great video mate

I love my kflex. I've beat the heck outta them and the edges are barely dented up. They don't fall apart. The play so well. All my deflection, for the majority of them, still go straight in bc the stem really dies twist with the right contact. Slides right down em... watched it happen in super slow mo lol
I do like the k flex and was lucky to get them before the rush, I use the short version. I bought Phil Taylor g10 darts with the tiny flights and found they went into the board flight down, I put the k flex on and completely changed the angle of entry (flights looking up). I have gone back to standard flights that darts came with as they are fun to throw, but when it comes to long life the k flex is better.

The score isn't relative, but the distance the darts deflect to is. Also hard or soft deflections matter. Extremely hard to compare, time would tell over a much longer time. Your video shows us there doesn't seem to be too much difference though 👍. I'm going to buy a molded set and see how I get on.
Is it possible that Scott William’s is Using the Condor Axe? The silver color, doesn’t appear to be in the Target K-flex line up… I could be wrong…

Mine have broken inside the thread of the dart, so seem quite brittle. I wish they did more colours too. Much cheaper than condor tho
My Condor Axe sets (Standard or Shaped) deflect a hell of a lot more than any normal 100micron flights. And not just by a little. When they do it it's usually 1-3cm.
The Axe 120's on the other hand get away with deflections far better!. 1cm or below, since the connection point to the stem is a much smoother transition.
With normal flights i'm more worried about wrecking them, than i am about deflections heh.

I would have have gone by how many point were lost with each deflection going on the premise your hitting the treble every time. But those K-Flex look pretty smart now the rock has been moved I was under

Kflex definitely don’t last 2 months mate if your grouping well and depending on the type of dart your using I put a brand new set on 2 weeks ago and there absolutely ruined. Having said that I would generally go through around £30 worth of standard flights and stems in a month so kflex still works out cheaper and for me makes the darts a lot more stable great review. Enjoyed the video

Hello, I decided to buy a new set. I will be going to England soon through a friend of mine. I'm undecided right now. The set I am thinking of is Dimitri Van Den Bergh G2 21G and the second is Loxley Keith Deller 20G 40th Anniversary Edition. Loxley curved design seems to suit me better. The site also states in its description that it is ideal for beginner players. What do you recommend?
I’ve never used either but… I do use Dmitri Van Den Bergh echos which look similar to the gen 2’s and I absolutely love them

@@noweanji no you can add longer. The Dvdb darts are Swiss points so they easily screw in
The only thing I don’t like about integrated systems such as Kflex is I find I get more deflections causing some of my darts to enter the board at slightly funny angles.

I got the k flex no2 a week ago and I’ve had less deflections than the casual flights and stems and I’ve had more 180 attempts also less bounce outs
K-Flex you had the bounce outs. I find they drag to back of the dart down. Maybe just my throw. Tried different sizes aswell. Great idea though

Been using k flex and Condor axe neon and even xqmax fenix on all my setups for months never had to switch out any of them yet until now and i throw like 20h/week. These will last you way longer than any type of regular flights and stems but you should make sure you have storm points or similar to get rid of the edge between point and barell and not overly sharp points and these will probably last u a year+. Not many deflections either compared to anything else from like a ringed normal 100m flight but(!) i use long points and throw fairly hard so .
The Flights will scratch up a lot quickly if you throw tight groupings but the shape will still be there if you make sure to use the right points and fairly blunt points. And yeah, see thru Green and blue seems to have a different make up in the plastic than other colours for some reason so they will look worse quicker than other colours😅
Last but not least if stiffer flights is what you like try any integrated ones, They will surprise you on how straight they fly ^^.
Would bet that Condor axe neon will last you even longer and they are stiffer as well but more expensive.

Got some a few days ago and I’m not 100% sure on them. Grouping seems nye on impossble. They seem to just bounce off each other.

I use the same length and same flights but with these flights stem combo my darts fly all over the place I think they are too light and that is why but I cannot throw these

I feel like the flights are too stiff and kinda block off the T20 when you get two darts in . Might be me though. Still love em

Have used Zero Stress which I found had less deflections than K-Flex as they were a lot more flexible, however they lasted a month if I was lucky.
Then tried L-Style stems and flights and not looked back, especially the spinning shaft, the flights are strong but flexible, the spinning shaft massively reduces the amount of deflection compared to what I was experiencing with the K-Flex.
I’m at 3 months on the same L-Style flights, good enough to use for practice still but would switch out for a match. Had 1 Robin Hood in 3 months and I practice daily for 2 hours. No Robin Hood with K-Flex or Zero Stress.

Most the time I play soft tip, and condor axe is more durable, i have k flex like 14 days then wings brake when hit floor
I'm honestly not keen on the combos. I use pro grip stems and long life nylon flights and for less than 20 dollars I have a good setup for months even while practicing multiple hours a day and league play. Good content though, not everyone likes the same thing!

I will never buy theire flights again... had 2 sets clear and ond set blue...the clear one the flights broke after a while,,,and the blue ones on the first drop it broke right in the barrel... never ever again... the fusions (Blue)...the flights broke right where it meets the shaft... condor x last very long...just a bit to stiff in my opinion.

You can buy normal stems and flights for 50p a set.
Half of those weren’t even deflections.
I’ve got cosmo flights over a year old and stems literally multiple years old.
They offer nothing new over 1970’s all in ones.
I get it, if mentally you think they work for you then go for it but pretending they are better somehow than anything else is just untrue.
They are a massively expensive gimmick, as are cosmos BTW though they obviously last longer.
Not a joke at all. They clearly were deflections. If you don’t like them then don’t buy them. Some of the best players in the world use them. So they must be ok

They are low quality, i have had 3 sets, and they have not lasted more than 2 weeks. My condors are bulletproof.
I've had the transparent kflex for three weeks and they're absolutely solid 🤷🏼
