That story about the kidnapping was actually scary. Hearing those helpless screams from the woman sent chills up my spine.
And no one did anything:(
It’s not shown here, but the man who goes out on the porch gets in a car and tries to find the kidnapper.
Was anyone even reported missing around this time? This is the second time I've heard about this case so far (first time was from Nick Crowley) and I have yet to hear if a particular family of the victim has reported her missing or not.
Agreed, she sounded absolutely terrified! 😱
I felt so bad for that lady. I would have ran out there naked to help her if I had to. Screw the blanket and standing around like I'm some nosy little neighbor. Hope I'd be proactive.
I practically cried over the first story. That poor little girl might never get over something like that, why do people have to f with kids like that 😭
Simple: Because people are assholes. Especially teenagers.
If there is a way to screw with someone for shits and giggles, they will.
The virtual home invasion and the pernicious taunting/ psychological attack, the exploitative use of an eccentric novelty song out of context, is a crime: an offense against the one is an offense against all.
@@Lobsterwithinternet yep

For the last story; my husband’s grandmother has dementia and before she was admitted to a nursing home, she was found roaming around her neighborhood in her nightgown sweating from head to toe screaming that she killed someone. She never did anything of the sort, but she was so convinced she did.
Memories
@@TheIrishRushin I mean maybe. Idk her personally. 🤣🤣🤣

My dad when he had early onset dementia would get confused about where he lived. He had recently moved from an apartment that he was in for a very long time and during foggy moments would go back there thinking he still lived there. He is a very big man and scared the heck out of the current occupants. Of course the police were called a few times. Thank goodness they were understanding of the situation. I live in a different country so I had to go through a long process of getting him declared incompetent to have him looked after in a nursing home.
The poor woman screaming her lungs out for help, gave me chills. My Lord, people have gone completely insane!

Those screams were terrifying. My heart breaks for that poor woman.
I hope she’s ok, but considering it’s 2 years ago it’s a very likely story :(
Why would the home owners NOT call the police after seeing that?
The lady was not being taken. The couple got in an argument and the girl wanted to get out of the car. She screamed and caused a scene like she was being kidnapped. The boyfriend apologized to his girlfriend and drove off with her still in the car. This was a while ago. No one was harmed and the guy never abused the girl physically. They just didn't get along well and the girl had psychotic eposides. Not sure why Mr.Nightmare said it was unsolved.

So weird how that song is so creepy sounding, and it was never meant to be.

It's creepy in this context to a lot of us
Tiny Tim was kinda creepy.....
Whenever I hear that song I can only think of spongebob 😂
Imagine all the creepy things that have happened to people without ring cameras
I'm tempted to get one sometime but I'd be too afraid of what I'd find.
If I ever have power in this country, I would rule with an iron fist and destroy kidnappers etc. I should enforce it, violently.
@@mrseddiediaz maybe dont by the Ring brand….
@@mrseddiediaz If you do set up home cameras, DO NOT use ones that are routed through the internet. Even with 2FA, they can be hacked fairly easily, showing your home and habits to the world. There's actually websites where black hat hackers will post the video feeds of peoples homes, where literally anyone could see it. Not only that, but companies like Ring *will* sell your personal information without any qualms. It's what you agree to when you check that little box on the terms of service agreement. The most secure way to do it is to have a secure home server where all the video is processed and stored, functioning on an internal network.
It's both fascinating and somewhat eerie how technology like RING cameras has given us unprecedented access to our home's security. The footage these cameras capture, from unexpected animal visitors to strange encounters, can sometimes be downright spooky. It's a reminder of the importance of maintaining our privacy and security in the digital age while also being aware of the unexpected moments that can unfold in our everyday lives.
Seeing how evil real people can be is sickening. Messing with kids? Hearing a live kidnapping? It's hard to believe we live in a world like this, but it's just how it is. Please be safe out there, everyone

For number 4, from the hand signals, I can only assume that she was a gang member waiting to storm the house with multiple others if the door would have been opened
I was wondering this aswell, if it is sign language though, all I can make out is “y” and “f” I can’t figure out the last letter sadly
@@FaeFaunahaI’m trying to figure it out, in Brazil the horn sign is associated with cheating. The ok sign might be a threat? The third sign I have no idea?

I watch a lot of paranormal channels. Some include surveillance cameras/video door devices, but these are 100% real people and 100% scary as hell!!
Real people are far scarier than ghosts and the paranormal.
BLMers caused billions in damages in many major US cities when a loser died. I don't see ghosts causing that much damage that made businesses close.
The truly scary thing is think of how many hackers that decide NOT to talk are probably just watching families through RING cameras.
Exactly
Ik right. Next time I take a dump ima think twice
Those are the ones to be afraid of. The ones here seemed like trolls who, if they wanted to be thieves, would’ve said nothing and carried out their plans when they knew the house was empty. Seems like they just wanted to show off.
Oh child, just turn on 2-factor authentication and you should be fine
@@Abigail_NS “should be” is the problem here. Electronic security devices can always potentially be hacked, no matter how unlikely. I’d never use interior cameras, only alarmed motion sensors. Stay strapped at all times and if you hear any alarm then you know it’s time to start mag dumping

The woman doing those hand signs was scary af and nobody’s talking about that one 😭
thats what i am saying... the hand gestures were definitely directed towards the owner of the house.
The hand gestures looked like gang signs. One or two of them definitely resembled such
Looked like it was gonna be a gang hit or a robbery. Gang hit seems likely because she reached for something against the wall of the house, as if something else planted there for a prepared killing
Just a tip for everyone. If you ever end up in a situation were you need help. Don't scream for help. Scream FIRE! Its fucked up but when you scream for help people are affraid of what might be going on, but everyone knows fire. And people always come look when something is on fire. Nah, the problem is leaving them unsecured. As a degenerate whose looked through unsecured camera its really a thing of it self. Though calling them hackers is a stretch more likely then not.
@@Huemanish true, they gain access from not changing the default password to the device or having one ridiculously easy to guess. Choose a solid password and you won’t be hacked.

They're supposed to be safe. When these sort of cameras were new consumers were basically led to believe they were a totally secure product when they had/continue to have glaring cyber security gaps.
#3 sounds absolutely terrifying. no wonder so many people end up missing :(
Looked more into the kidnapping story: The person screaming was identified as a black woman whose dark braided hair was being pulled backwards and the driver being a black man. No one got a good view of the driver due to the window being wrapped on his side. People called to the police that night about the screaming but they didn't find anything until the owners of the camera brought it to police the next day. The woman may or may not be Tashira Boughton as the initial video talking about her also mentioned it may not be her and then later stated in the comments that when asked Tashira said it wasn't her (mention this because a lot of people seem to think 100% that this is Tashira but there is the possibility that it isn't). I couldn't find any other update on this story so it's also likely that it was never solved.
The possible kidnapping is so scary, imagine getting that close to freedom and then having it ripped away. I truly hope that there’s more to that story and she wasn’t actually kidnapped
She was :( My ex girlfriend used to live in that neighborhood and actually heard the screaming, it was a teenage girl that she saw the day before the man went through her window and kidnapped her. She was never seen again.
bruh, I've seen this one featured in dozen of other compilation videos, including Nexpo. Yes, she has since been identified and the guy (her ex) has also been identified and caught.

I never understood why you'd want a camera Inside your home, like the living room, kitchen or even worse a bedroom. I've always only placed cameras outside only. Also always add the 2nd authentication ALWAYS!!!
Even then, two-factor authentication may not be as secure as you think
I know right? I can see maybe putting cameras at the inside entrances of your home. So you can see who’s coming and going. Not a bedroom or anything like that though
no i’d feel like someone is constantly watching me if i had a camera inside
We have cameras in our hallways, living room, and kitchen. Fortunately we've never had any issues like these. Some of us wanna be more secure than others, there's nothing odd or wrong about that. Some folk have children, family members, or businesses at home they need to monitor. Let's think about all the factors first y'all! 😅
In number 5 Alyssa had a camera in her room to monitor for seizures in her sleep, which she’d had before.
Wow, that last one is pretty creepy. How she’s just swaying back and forth looking at the knife .
the second story is a. good reminder that everyone should always take the extra 5 mins to set up 2factor authentication.
If it takes u 5 minutes to do it most won't sad to say it only takes me a minute and only have it on video games and bank accounts lol
Maybe start with using decent passwords…since that is still something most people struggle with…
@@-----REDACTED----- Do u really think a hacker needs a password?
@@BeyondTheMoment
It usually is the easiest way in
@@BeyondTheMoment better passwords (both more complex and not reused on other sites) are a good block for hackers lol. Unless the cameras had an exploit it's probably how the hackers got access. the screaming one reminds me of the murder of kitty genovese. she was attacked right outside her apartment building and 38 people heard her scream, turned their lights on and basically just said "stop it". the guy ran away but still didnt help her or call the police. the girl practically dragged herself to her door, barely conscious. she couldnt get inside the locked door, probably bc she was too weak, the guy game back, attacked her more, assaulted her and robbed her, then left again. nobody doing anything, including calling the please. her friend ended up finding her body and thats when someone finally called the cops. very sad and messed up. this is why people say you have to yell that there are burning puppies. smh
The second hacker is probably more unsettling, given that rather than just pranking and being a dick, he's trying to engage the daughter in conversation. Seems much more predatory.
Plus how brave (for lack of a better word) he was to interact with the dad too. I wonder how brave he'd be if that dad was actually standing right in front of him.
i mean... id classify the first one as trying to have a conversation with the daughter as well... just as predatory if not more actually, because the 2nd one didn't just shut up and hide when the dad showed up, if all he wanted was to pray on the girl i assume he would've kept it a secret from the father

My bad, I could've worded that better. Keeping a cool head is an acquired skill. Soldiers for example practice self discipline, to, among other things, maintain a handle on their emotions during combat situations. It is irrational not to spring to aid of someone screaming bloody murder for help, but the average person doesn't experience that sort of situation ever and the natural response is to lock up and freeze well over-processing what's happening, if you don't have training or prior experience to counter it, it takes a serious level of self-control to break out of that state and take the appropriate actions to help someone in an emergency.

I would die of a heart attack
Jesus christ I got chills listening to her screams. She sounds so scared. I hope she was found and is safe now, no one deserves that.
Because no one hearing the screams had the brains to call 911, she was NEVER FOUND!
@@madisonkelley94 the couple watching drove after the car right after, just look for the whole footage before judging

Highly unlikely that car was never found unfortunately which is the sad part.🙏🏾💯
just a little update: a few weeks ago I watched a video on this and everyone in the comments said she was found, I looked into it and she was!! I can't remember her name or what specifically happened to her but she is safe now
After the first story I would never consider getting these things for inside my house. So creepy that they can be hacked!!
That poor girl WAS being kidnapped. That blood curdling scream was legit fear. So disappointed that those idiots with the camera just stood there and didn't even call the police until there were "Reports of a kidnapping in the area" The first 24 hours are crucial. If I heard screams like that I would have grabbed my cellphone and keys (If not already on me) and immediately jumped in my car to pursue the vehicle with police on the line.
It makes me so angry that if that was a kidnapping, the person who was kidnapped was never found. She literally screams "somebody help me please". Yet no one decides to do anything.
It's not uncommon. It's 1. deferral of responsibility and
2. Most MOST people don't have situational awareness.
idk. you try being in crenshaw hearing this. honestly it’s more complicated than you think
@@TJ-jx6dx at least call the police😍

i see the video of the woman being kidnapped a lot and each time my heart breaks more and more. i really hope that case gets solved and by some miracle she’s alive
Like he said it was 2 years ago I doubt they will look into it
I'm more shocked by the fact the neighbors didn't react faster and accordingly. Why didn't she call 911 right away? Why did the cops only got to see the footage in the following morning?
I get you might freeze for a moment but then you have to fckn act after such screeches of terror no?
Dunno, maybe i'm perceiving it wrong.

The irony that Ring sells "the illusion of safety" whilst simultaneously putting you more at risk. The fact that it's so easy to hack a ring network is disturbing.
If someone hacks my ring, theyre just going to see the view from my porch 🤷🏼
@@overlordkartoffelkopf4108 that’s still scary because then they’ll know when you’re at home and whatnot. Possibly could lead to a break in one day. People are crazyyy 😕
It's only unsafe if you fail to set it up properly
Because dumb people fail to change the factory security password. These 'hackers' can only gain access because the owners rolled with the default password, which is the same for every device.
It's also possible to hack the camera even with changed password. But it requires an extraordinary amount of effort: either gaining access to your home Wi-Fi network through fishing emails or something like that. Nobody will do that to you. It isn't worth the hustle
@@ik2254 yeah no, it’s extremely easy to get into a home network but please go off 😂
Long story short: *Humans are far worse than any demon can be.*
Edit: FYI, idc about the whole "oh, not all humans are bad". Get over it. If assholes online can say their opinions, then so can I. Deal with it.
Well demons are like humans after all. They pretend to be good so they can get close to you, and when you finally lose your guard they attack. Just one of them is harder to see.
Sam and Dean said it best, "Monsters I get but humans man."
Humans are also better than any angel can be.
Because they are real, and the latter are fictional.

To anyone wondering: the audio in the first story that was cut out was that creepy song “Tiptoe through the tulips”. Apparently it’s copyrighted.
8:40 why wud someone be covered from head to toe like that? 1. to mask identity or 2. avoid blood splatter on clothes
Man finaly someone who understands it !
The clothes are so suspecious. It is definetly to avoid blood. You are right. And they way she is dressed and wearing gloves.
This is by far the most disturbing clip for me.
She creeps the shit out of me.
This is never something random.
Especialy the hand signs.
The owner definetly know what she ment.
It was a gang thing or a sign that he is marked for death or something.
Maybe a contract killer or something personal.
Also how she tried to enter the house with the code in the beginning scares the shit out of me. And then she smiles.
Also the fact that she waited 40 Minutes before finaly leaving. If this would be random she would search for another house and wouldn’t show gang signs no one understands.

The problem especially with the first 2 stories is that if the hackers had kept quiet they could've never been found oit.
Which begs the question how many other hackers may have access to people's 'security' cameras, including footage of people changing, using bathrooms, being intimate etc etc etc. That for me is the scariest thing honestly
True. Basically don't have cameras in your house. Outside your house? Yeah, in the backyard? Cool.
However I don't see the point in having a camera in your house when they can just be a tool used by a hacker to watch you.
I heard one where some guy hacked into a families cameras and stayed quiet for 8 years

bit of a late post, but on the 'hacked cameras' : for these types of things like cameras, baby monitors,... that work over your network, it used to be the case that they'd be open to anyone connected to your home network. in a lot of cases there was zero security, but rather they opted for the convenience that anyone on the same network could download an app, scan the network and have instant access.
so more often than not, as soon as someone had access to your network they'd have access to your cameras etc, and since tons of people just use bad passwords or the standard one that came with the device, or don't change the admin login, or... it was (and in a lot of cases still is) easy to access their home network.
It took quite a while before manufacturers actually realised that if they connect something to the internet, no matter what it is, that they'd need decent security, and not just in the way they were used to (like camera manufacturers being used to closed loop cctv systems, or baby monitors on shortwave radio). so these manufacturers hired an IT guy to fix their software but never looked into the fact that this stuff needs to be secure 0.o
the beginnings of the so called "internet of things" were basically the 'wild west' when it came to digitalisation of smaller appliances. and the insecurity of IoT devices has had a lot of unintended consequences xP
if you're still interested in stuff like this, even after this semi explanation/rant: look into the 'mirai' botnet, it was the first that infected IoT devices and it grew like wildfire due to the aforementioned lack of digital security.
looking into IoT security is a slippery slope though, looked into it for my thesis back in uni and I really hope that they made sure that my thesis is outdated now, cause shit like insecure medical equipment (from medicine pumps to fridges to even pacemakers...) and full remote takeover of cars are ridiculously dangerous things to play with and were ridiculously easy to do back just about 10years ago.
I hope that poor woman was helped. That’s so disturbing. My heart dropped so hard. It’s truly sick. I hope she was found okay.
