CIMEA: / DOV:
ইতালিতে স্টুডেন্টস ভিসার ক্ষেত্রে Dov/ CIMEA statement of comparability or declaration of value কিভাবে করবেন?
Dov সরাসরি vfs এ ডকুমেন্টস সাবমিট করতে হয়,সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার যে সকল steps ফলো করতে হবে।
১। আপনার ফাইনাল ডিগ্রি যদি অনার্সের জন্য আবেদন করে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার SSC/HSC সার্টিফিকেট/ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট আর যদি মাস্টার্সে আবেদন করে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে অনার্সের সার্টিফিকেট,ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট অর্জিনাল গুলো প্রয়োজন।
২। আপনার ফাইনাল ডিগ্রি সার্টিফিকেট,ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট গুলো অবশ্যই Foreign ministry & Education ministry থেকে সত্যায়িত করতে হবে।
৩। বর্তমানে এম্বাসির নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সার্টিফিকেট গুলো IOM (The International Organization for Migration) থেকে সত্যায়িত করতে হবে।
৪। এম্বাসি স্বীকৃত ট্রান্সলেশন অফিস থেকে আপনার ফাইনাল ডিগ্রির সার্টিফিকেট,ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট ইতালিয়ান ভাষায় ট্রান্সলেশন করতে হবে।
৫। উপরোক্ত বিষয় গুলো কমপ্লিট করার পর আপনাকে vfs এ Dov (declaration of value) করার জন্য সাবমিট করতে হবে। এবং যদি Legalization করার প্রয়োজন হয় তবে একই সঙ্গে দুইটি কাজই করে নিতে পারবেন।
৬। আপনাকে একটি purpose লেটার লিখে দিতে হবে কেনো আপনি dov & legalization করতে চাচ্ছেন।
এর পরবর্তীতে এম্বাসি সব ডকুমেন্টস যাচাই বাচাই করার পরে ভেরিফিকশনের জন্য আপনার শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে মেইল দিতে পারে সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আপনার শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান রিপ্লাই করে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে আপনি তাদের স্টুডেন্ট।
মনে রাখবেন, Dov করার জন্য অনেক সময়ের প্রয়োজন তাই একটু দ্রুত ই করা কাজ গুলো করার চেষ্টা করবেন।
তবে CIMEA statement of comparability অধিক দ্রুত এবং সহজ প্রসেস।
১। আপনার ফাইনাল ডিগ্রির সার্টিফিকেট/ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট foreign ministry, education ministry থেকে সত্যায়িত করলেই হবে।ট্রান্সলেশন করার প্রয়োজন নেই। এবং এই ডকুমেন্টস গুলো সিমিয়ার ওয়েবসাইট এ আপলোড করো দিবেন।
২। ভার্সিটি থেকে একটা ভেরিফিকেশন লেটার নিয়ে নিবেন। এটা others option এ জমা দিবেন।
এতে ২ সপ্তাহ থেকে ২ মাস সময় লাগতে পারে তবে বেশীরভাগই ২-৩ সপ্তাহ অর্থাৎ এক মাসের মধ্যেই হয়ে যায়।

As i have completed my bachelor from BD. I have recently applied to ca foscari university for masters. Though they didn’t notify me whether i am accepted or not for masters program. But they mailed me regarding CIMEA and wrote that the CIMEA will be open from 18th march. As I didn’t get any offer letter yet, should i submit CIMEA now? Or I will submit it after getting offer letter?

If I apply for a second master's program then for which certificate and transcript may I need to upload for CIMEA or DOV? Only Bachelors or only master's or both? if both then will I need to pay extra money?

Hello, I have only my provisional certificate is it enough to apply through cimea or I need the original one? When applying through cimea do I need to do something in the embassy of italy or not? And how I will get the equivalence from cimea? I hope you reply to my questions
You can apply with provisional. When you will complete the application, CIMEA will send you equivalent verification certificate within two months.
@Zenith_Voyager I scan the original transcript taken from the university no need to sign it or get it stamped by the embassy? Is getting the equivalence from cimea via post better or via email?
