CIMEA is necessary for those who are planning to higher study in Italy. It is an alternative of the Declaration of Value (DoV). People prefer CIMEA more than DoV because of its easy application process.

Thank you for the video. I have a pre-acceptance letter for Sapienza University and intend to process the CIMEA declaration document today in the reopening universitaly application but I am concerned about the closing dates of the platform. Even if I wanted to do it as soon as possible, it says that it will not be until September 3 that the service will be restarted. As far as I understand, the master's classes at Sapienza University start this September. Will I be able to complete this procedure on time and upload it to the other Universitaly platform considering the time I have left? When is the deadline to upload the CIMEA documents to the platform? I depend on the time I have to make all the necessary movements on time and thus begin my studies. I am truly looking forward to it being so, for which I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Open an account at diplome and chat with them about your queries. CIMEA is necessary for your visa application. Also you have not get pre-enrolment yet so everything gonna take time and I am confused if you can complete everything before your classes will be started

no. you will need your Bachelor's Degree certificate.

You need to attest your photocopies then upload at CIMEA portal. If you do not attest your documents then CIMEA might ask you for a hard copy and you will need to attest it before sending to CIMEA's address which will cost you the courier fee extra and take time longer than usual.
যে সময়ে সিমিয়া সার্ভিস বন্দ থাকে ওই সময়ের আগে এপ্লাই করলে কি ১মাসের ভিতর সার্টিফিকেট পাওয়া যায়?

you cannot pay using a Bangladeshi card anymore as the amount changed this year. Check on your university application form. tax id is same as codice fiscale

It will depend on the university if they want you to submit CIMEA/DoV for pre-enrolment. During visa application, yes you have to submit
