LEGO trucks, trains and minions at Bricking Bavaria 2023

From 3.-5. of November 2023 the Bricking Bavaria (www.bricking-bavaria.de/) LEGO exhibition took place at Friedrichshafen (Fazination Modellbau Friedrichshafen). The AFOL Technic team organized the Technic action area which is a big playground for to drive different LEGO and LEGO Technic model. Most of the models are remote controlled (RC) and are built in scale 1: 16.7. Like this many MOC trucks and cars can be seen in action. This year we showed to the visitors several normal trucks, tractors, offroad trucks, road trains, trains, cranes and other special models. Additionally, there were two gravel plants available where gravel can be handled with the models. The first time also LEGO train tracks werer available to drive the newly invented LEGO Technic trains in scale 1:16.7. As remote control we use SBrick, Buwizz, Powered UP and RC components.

Das meiste was du hier gesehen hast sind moc's.
Also eigene Kreationen.
Viele Bauanleitungen kannst du bei Rebrickable finden.
Was es am Ende kostet hängt davon ab was du an klemmbausteinen selbst besitzt und was du dazu kaufen musst.

@@functionalTechnic 2:33 - gaps all over the locomotive and rolling stock; the train shimmying all over the place as a it rolls through curves? There's a certain point when a model being Technic damages its presentation - when you are no longer using Technic as a tool, but instead a limiting or restricting factor for what Lego can accomplish as a whole.
If you took a skilled MOCer and said "design a train in larger-than-G scale using any parts you like," they'd produce something that, while including some technic parts, would overall blow these things away in terms of both functionality and appearance. But by limiting yourselves *only* to Technic, what we have is this - a huge, extremely expensive bad model.
