How long it will take to get to downtown from Cottage Club?
With traffic I would bet on about an hour. The drive from Cochrane that I mentioned above includes traffic as well. The Cottage Club commute may end up being a touch longer the next few years with the construction at Highway 1A and 22 as you enter Cochrane en route to Calgary.

Lived in Cochrane . If you work in Calgary a.five day week thats 10 trips . If you drive to Calgary for entertainment that could mean 12 to 14 trips . Total driving time 14 times 40 minutes . Once you have been to the mountains 200 times you stay home .Many live there for a five year period . Over time Cochrane develops into a suburb of Calgary with the Flames new building .. XXX
How much around for a house for 2 adults?
A 2 bedroom condo can be found right around 300k, moving into a townhouse 4-475k is a good base window and then duplexes commonly start around 475k+
