- The 2020 Honda e interior is designed for effortless usability, incorporating a range of connected apps and AI-enabled services for both drivers and passengers. The intuitive HMI (Human-Machine-Interface) enables the Honda e to seamlessly integrate with the owner’s everyday life, elevating the car’s value beyond simply a means of transportation.
An 8.8-inch TFT meter instrument display in front of the driver presents key vehicle information, including power and charge status, drive mode selected and safety feature details. Drivers can personalize the quantity and layout of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) information that is displayed.
Optimized for safety and ease of use, physical buttons and dials are retained for the most commonly-used functions, including HVAC controls, with layout rationalized for quick operation. The Single Pedal Control button sits ahead of the Drive Mode rocker switch and the Electronic Parking Brake with Brake Hold behind it. The frequently used audio volume knob, audio ON / OFF switch, DA home and screen illuminance buttons are arranged on the wood grain panel within easy reach and are instantly recognizable.

Its very slow and laggy, 2nd get rid from this beep sound ffs, 3rd make menus less detailed and easier to read
Im pretty sure you can deactivate the beeping sound in the menu, but I agree, it could be more responsive but it seems to be on part with other infotaiment systems in the class plus you have more options

The screens are a smart move: they distract journalists so they won't realise it's a tiny overpriced 100 mile range money losing disaster for Honda
3 years later, and you couldn't have been more right.
But i'm about to get one, it's really a nice gadget, useless as a car.
But for my use it would suit me perfectly.
Sure replace cheap side mirrors with an expensive camera, and screen set up. This is the reason cars are so expensive.
Dunno my side mirrors cost like 80 bucks with the heating. Cameras get cheaper and cheaper. Easier to produce. Not like its gonna be 8k with 244hz and night vision

Why would they get another company's car when filming their own commercial?
The interaction experience feels clunky and with a lot of friction between the passenger and driver. As a driver, I would use the Apple Maps to navigate.

Function's like my Android car stereo but so far not impressed keep working on it honda
The exterior of the vehicle is just plain ugly. The side cameras could have a better design. The screens are cool, however there is a lot of latency. Very slow response time. The interior side screens need to sit a little higher for a better view. Also, you should have shown how to adjust the side view cameras as well. Hopefully this is a prototype and there will be upgrades before they actually release it.
