Adam was the perfect solution to enable Brian and Roger to continue to keep Queen's music alive. Man, by the time I found out about the latest US tour the tickets were gone. I'd love to see them live.
Adam Lambert is every inch the showman needed for filling Freddy's incredible shoes. It's great to see how he has connected so warmly and enthusiastically with the Queen fans. What a joy to watch!

He was the most prolific songwriter in the band. Freddie’s appeal was his showmanship. His strutting and prancing and swinging his arms and legs and mic and his fist bumps. He did not have a phenomenal voice.

I used to like them, but Adams over the top costumes are just becoming more ridiculous. Real artists trust their vocals - no need for so much bling bling. It's kind of like Adams personal gay parade. Still love Brian and Roger though.

Don't listen to him than. But queens music died after they lost Freddie. Adam had never said he was replacing Freddie, he is just singing his songs so the memory of Freddie never dies.
So even if the band asked him to join them he should have said no cause he isn't Freddie? despite the fact he has said himself that he knows he's not Freddie and isn't trying to replace Freddie. Also, he doesn't sing in the same range as Freddie. Which was the whole point of the band hiring him in the first place.
Adam is not being Freddie...he is bringing Freddie’s music to the World with love & respect to Freddie!
