Definitely is. I played it on release and didn’t touch it for MONTHS after I saw how horrible it was and when I came back to it the improvements yet small have definitely impacted the game for the better

I love having to practice for 15 minutes just to get TOTALED on turn one. I’ve stopped qualifying as I prefer to let everyone take each other out.
Unless I have a REALLY Fast car that race I will almost always not qualify just to avoid the turn one chaos lol
You don’t see verstappen getting totaled on turn one so I think it’s a skill issue

I'm S4999 and I'm pretty sure there there's more s players but how low the skill rating goes down I don't know
I’ve seen people in the low 3000s before but again idk if they actually utilize the ranking system in matchmaking

the pc port is bad to bad to justify even loading it up.
