The guy wants to put gear down for a water landing. After take off... "I'll get the frequencies figured out". "Speed is good, we'll bring it down to, oh i dunno 80, 85 knots on final..." Stay safe y'all. lol.

Usually when I think C-208 I think, “We do weddings and funerals.” I love how this is big enough to really do many of the things you’d want to do with a boat but it’s a plane!

I dropped out of Hs. I had my first business at the age of 7. Now at 40 I’m retiring out of my current business and took 160k and invested that into pilot training through commercial and an airplane. Now I get to do what I love for the rest of my life.
Yet you gobbled up the corporate bait and very well may end up yet another corporate slave going to “work”, a job you don’t like making someone else rich, full of debt with monthly payments and even worse, kids, that will be brainwashed to do the same thing.
And it wasn’t that I am not smart. It’s the system that isn’t smart. The schools didn’t know what to do with me. I made honors for a year because I wanted the trophy at the awards ceremony. I GOT 😂 perfect attendance the entire year because I wanted the trophy. They still sit in my house to this day.
But then I go back to goofing off. Public school was a joke.
There is absolutely no intrinsic value to spelling, only in what the word represents. You are completely missing the entire point of life or what life actually is. Earth is the school. This life your living right now is nearly 1 grade. News flash. Speaking verbally is ancient technology. Words, spelling, writing and speaking.
As long as your worried about the details of these things you’ll never understand or be able to grow to the level of what I just said.
@@gtm624 exactly my sediments. I will also add that the brain is capable of auto correction of misspelled words. Some people don't seem to use that aspect. They rather wast the time to make themselves feel superior whilst looking the fool to others. 😂

That was my dream decades ago. Get rich enough to retire and go bumbing around in a Caravan on floats.
I flew right seat in that plane in Burlington VT July '23; landed on lake Champlain and jumped off the wing too.
My trick with keeping the "wacking" off the governor is bring the torque up to bring the prop to full rpm then the power lever can be briskly brought up to takeoff torque

Bruh, I pray one day I have the financial ability to go on the adventures u put out on here. I've been training to get my PPL for almost 2 years, FAA and financial related setbacks have really screwed me since 2021. However, I'm glad I'm so close to finishing. Your videos are awesome

A control surface could be damaged
That girl is not exactly a WWE star. She was petite. And in no case walked on an aileron or flap. A grand caravan is not a 152. It has relatively strong skins. I doubt the aircraft was damaged for a photo shoot. If it was, it would be visible.
Saw one of these aircraft years ago. Crazy how tall they are.

Peach fuzz needs to have this airplane taken away from him and be put back in a C-172. Calling for the gear on a water landing is inexcusable. Matt put the gear handle down, too, but then picked up on the error, at least. ALWAYS think before you flip any switch or operate any control.

Not really, there's so much going on that they don't really want you doing readbacks unless they're asking you a question

Letting people get on the wings is super disrespectful to the owner of the airplane. If you're not stepping on ribs, you WILL dent the sheet metal, or what happens when somebody slips with wet feet and gets hurt? That is an airplane, not a toy. Not cool dude.

Keep in mind that the wings carry the aircraft through the air. They are designed to take high loads. To give you a perspective, the wingload on a Cessna Caravan is 31.3 lbs./sq. ft. (152,82 kg / sqm).
