- Nearly 600 Rohingya refugees have arrived in Indonesia's Aceh province in the past week. All arrived by boat from Bangladesh. Bangladesh is hosting up to a million Rohingya refugees in camps, after they fled persecution under the military junta in Myanmar. The refugees have made dangerous sea journeys over the past few years to escape dangerous overcrowding in camps and in search of opportunities in countries like Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

That's because Rohingya residents once landed and caused chaos in Aceh, Indonesia, such as raping native Indonesians, some ran away from shelters, and some stole. even though they are just hitchhiking in Indonesia. From that incident, Indonesian citizens rejected their Rohingya citizens.

Indonesia wants to help, especially in humanitarian matters, but in the past there have been incidents where the Rohingya did not obey the rules imposed by the Indonesian government and endangered civilians, this needs to be considered.

for those who dont know, they have been coming to indonesia spesifically to Aceh region since 2015 and since that, people from rohingya always take advantage of the kindness of the Acehnese people there. Rohingya residents who come to aceh region, they often cause trouble even though they have been given food, drink and a temporary place to stay, but they always asking for more. These Rohingya residents even asking for money, they also steal from local residents, messing with their farm, some Rohingya residents even rape underage girls in Aceh. Acehnese people who saw this felt that they were being played and felt angry to this rohingya people, rohingya people eventho they already being helped, they dont want to follow the rules so thats why aceh people rejected them now
At least you understand now why the Arab countries don't accept the Palestinians in their country. The Palestinians give same problems that the Rohingyas give to Indonesia.

they behave badly towards local residents, just like in Malaysia who have rejected them because they often riot and disturb local residents, Aceh residents also follow the steps of Malaysian residents to avoid bad possibilities
they do same in india. they get involved in every major riots in india for money. some years ago, majority of rioters in delhi riots were rohingyas and many people died there. they even vandalised structure made for our martyred armymen.
they never try to accomodate with local culture.

I'll explain once again so there are no bad assumptions. I represent Indonesia, specifically the Aceh section. The people of Aceh have really helped the Rohingya but they keep coming. Even Malaysia rejected the arrival of the Rohingya because their character and attitude were bad. the people of Aceh rejected them but the people of Aceh provided sufficient supplies for them. The Rohingya ethnic group is not recognized by the Myanmar state, they should retain their land in Myanmar. Please underline that Indonesian land belongs to Indonesian citizens. they just came to Indonesia without clear letters and without permission from the Indonesian government

Well, I strongly against accepting them. The best we could do was just return them home. No buts or maybes.
When they first escape from their country, we found them floating on the ocean starving. We helped them, give a place to stay, and even training to help them get back to society.
But they don't want to. When we said we accept them to live in Indonesia, they just casually said that they didn't want to stay here, their aim was to be accepted in Singapore, Australia, or NZ.
So basically they tell us they just want to leech off here until one of those countries accept them (which ofc they don't). And don't get me started how they harrass local people and antagonize our country to foreign journalists to pity them (by saying the food is lacking, bad treatments, etc).

Solusinya, kepala lingkungan harus berkumpul supaya rumah tangga yang bermasalah ini harus bertanggung jawab sama anak-anaknya, bukan seenaknya membiarkan anak-anaknya tinggal di rumah orang lain. Kalau saya pribadi gak akan serta merta menerima anak-anak mereka karena mereka yang buat masalah keluarga saya yang susah. Dimana anak-anak mereka belum tentu mengikuti tata cara dan tradisi rumah saya. Bisa jadi makan siang dan malam anak saya akan berkurang karena anak-anak tetangga saya ini. Jadi saran saya karena keadaan keuangan keluarga saya, saya tidak bisa menerima anak-anak tetangga saya yang ribut itu. Tolong cari keluarga lain saja.
