I remember going to ascot when I was a kid. I would have just turned 10 years old at this race! Wow the memories I have of being there.

GriggsC123 Sorry to hear they passed away. Just lucky I raced at Ascot back in those years so it helps with getting some vintage racing footage sometime of the racing that many people would like to remember going to.

Still racing like many of the people from Ascot, good to hear.
You can send me the info to my email fourvideos@yahoo.com.
His friend Earl Stubbs ( the photographer from Ascot) just had heart bypass surgery and is recovering. I am sure they would each enjoy a phone call.
    Thanks David

    Thank you for the information.
Can you email me his email address and phone number. Many of the old Ascot guys are still racing and in contact with each other and I see them regularly. Jimmy did some work on my race car and he was good friends with Doug Schooly and his
Dad ( Speed) who sponsored my car. I remember when his mother was murdered and how devastating it was to him, his family and the racers and friends at the time.
