This period was the golden era of EastEnders!. Dan Sullivan was such an ultimate villain it's still beggars belief how since his departure in 2001 some nearly 20 years ago why they never brought him back when you consider people like Mel, ruby and Kathy have all come back recently. Love the bit on this clip were Dan tells Phil "you see I'm in with the In Crowd these days' 😂😂😂
yeah he was wary of dan, if that was steve owen he would have laid into him no bother, when he conned the vic off dan phil had two heavies on hand he was not confident of fighting dan, he pushed dan that evening after dan wound him up but dan pushed him back.
dan was no pushover, he was similar physique to grant and phil went for him one night and dan threw him back against a wall, grant would have a proper fight on his hands if he came up against dan.
yeah i know that but ricky cheated on bianca a couple of years earlier i think, frank could not afford to judge anybody giving all his own failings and peggy never seemed to concerned about how her two thugs of sons carried on.
what happened was dan had wound up ricky in the vic that evening and phil was getting fed up of him and told him he wanted him out, phil pushed dan and then dan wound him up and phil went for dan grabbing his throat, he caught dan by surprise but dan pushed him back and threw him against the wall and warned him not to mess with him.
What about the time dan was in arches and went for phil who side stepped him and threw him against the wall which was more impressive considering Dan's size
in 96 in the vic phil punched grant, and grant went to the floor, there was a good clip of it on youtube but i cannot find it tonight, i have spent the past 20 mins looking for it however there is a brief view of it on type in phil punches grant on youtube and a number of videos come up pick the fourth one eastenders punches and it shows the clip briefly on 2mins 40 seconds into the video.
he never had many fights but i think he was okay. i think andrew could be the new hardman. after heather died they could make him bitter and sad and start beating up people. he also went prison for fracturing somebody's skull
yeah thats what happened the clip is up on youtube, i felt sorry for dan in a way phil sold him his share for a fiver, and dan did try to get on with frank and peggy in the beginning but they would not give him a chance, but he got nasty then and phil wanted him out after phil made up with peggy, in fairness dan would have been a fool just to give in to phil.
steve would not have been able for dan physically steve was all threats but he was not that tough phil beat him up twice, i dont think grant would have to much for dan i think it would be very even fight, phil floored grant in 96 in the vic after grant wound him up and dan was stronger then phil. i think dan and tony carpenter are the only two characters who would give grant a run for his money in a fight.
dan wsould have way to much for steve, phil battered steve a couple of times and dan overpowered phil at the hospital, if you think steve had a chance against dan you are deluded, he would not beat dan hands down, dan and him were very much equal physically in terms of brute strength and in a fight the winner would only be of a very tight margin, to say otherwise is pure bollocks, phil floored grant in the vic in 96 he caught him off guard clip is up and dan was stronger then phil.
Jase Dyer was fucking hard, and them blokes that came after him were absolute nutters, they could take out anyone. Dan Sullivan and Grant are the two hardest in the show imo.
I remember when these two were friends once upon a time. When Carol found out about Dan's affair with Bianca and chucked him out - it was Phil's he was staying at.
Phil Mitchell quote of the day 'What?!'

Craig Fairbrass has spoken about this and hasn’t completely ruled out returning but he’s been busy.
@@Richard_Straker oh I sooooo wish he would that would be amazing
A rather generous five seconds.
And a re fill he most CERTAINLY did. And about another 1000 bottles of spirits and a crack pipe to boot.
PHIL MITCHELL IS KING OF THE SESH
1000? Add a couple more zeros on that.
Throwing a drink? If that was Ian or billy he would of laid into them.
Absoulutey Phil cant lay into Dan thats why he would get hurt trying
Phil beat Dan
@@acceptableandbornind80s32 phil has laid into dan before
Or even Gianni Di Marco which is shown in a clip when they clashed.
@@intenseninja8241yea gianni threw a drink too the nancy
Phil Mitchell Vs Ghost from call of duty modern warfare 2
Well we know one thing- Phil Mitchell can count to 5 lol
Making threats gets u into trouble
Possibly, but straight on, I think Gianni would give him a helluva fight.
yeah he was wary of dan, if that was steve owen he would have laid into him no bother, when he conned the vic off dan phil had two heavies on hand he was not confident of fighting dan, he pushed dan that evening after dan wound him up but dan pushed him back.
omg mate your so right i think minty could have been a hardman
dan was no pushover, he was similar physique to grant and phil went for him one night and dan threw him back against a wall, grant would have a proper fight on his hands if he came up against dan.
Actually, them against Grant.

Dan & Dirty Den were the only 2 that’s he was genuinely scared off
No danger Phil eat 2 them for breakfast
Giannii would give him a go, as well as Beppe, but it would have to be the right situation.
Beppe gets ragdolled unless he sneaks in a police move
@@bensmithkent22 And he would probably do that.
@samsung12347122 thats because Ian and Billy are not exactly Dan Sullivan are they lol
Phil leather Dan
what about johny allen he was hard because he could pay people
Phil's awesome but I always thought Dan was the character to be made the most dominant in there encounters, I remember when Dan knocked him out lol

Dan would kill Phil in a fight and he is right. He is very small potatoes.
i was wondering wht you think of den watts, i dont tyhink he was that hard, he was about as hard as pete beale, but not mad strong.

Wat do u think of Andrew he's got a past of violence I think he's hard
He had to retake that moment when he splashed him with water because he burst out laughing the first time that was filmed XD

and at the very bottom of hard would be gary lol
Gary not hard but I wouldn't put him at the bottom because he laid some punches on Phil, beppe, Garry, minty and Jason. HD just wasn't a good fighter.

Jase Dyer was fucking hard, and them blokes that came after him were absolute nutters, they could take out anyone.
Dan Sullivan and Grant are the two hardest in the show imo.
Agreed Dan and Grant were hardest in EE ever Phil hasnt got what Grants got and Dan is way bigger and stronger than phil
Jase was a decent hardman, any top tier EE hardman would batter him with ease. Grant on his own would've dismantled the group which came after Jase.
Dan was a overrated hardman, the only hard things he has ever done were overpowering Phil and shoving Rob.
*Roy
and knocked Phil out cold...the 'only things he ever did'
He threw Jamie across the arches as well and floored Billy. Him and Phil are the same when it comes to fighting but Grant would beat both.
ye i agree with u Luis
When did Dan floor billy? I remember Dan grabbing the gun of billy.
Dan was hot.
dan would batter phil
I know Wat I'm sayin is Phil was obviously scared of dan
Phil was scared of Dan
Kevin Prior Are you serious? Lmao. Dan was always scared of Phil when it came to fighting, he fought only when he absolutely had to.
I remember when these two were friends once upon a time. When Carol found out about Dan's affair with Bianca and chucked him out - it was Phil's he was staying at.
Not true, Dan always had to cheat when fighting Phil, he knew he couldn't take Phil on in a fair fight.
