@RazzaBeeDaSilva I agree, whenever Dan managed to hit Phil, he either needed a gun in his hand or the lights to suddenly go out, Phil dropped Dan to the floor with one kick, if he really was scared physically of Dan, he wouldn't have thrown champagne on his face. Dennis also just hit phil when his back was turned, phil wasn't facing him square on.
0.58 Phil should have hit him after throwing him. rather than trying to outmuscle him like back at the hospital. Dan may have been bigger and stronger but Phil had more experience and skill
@RazzaBeeDaSilva tbh I wish they hadn't killed Dennis off that quickly, his rivalry with Phil was brilliant from the 2003 and late 2005 episodes. Phil Mitchell is the ultimate hard man of Walford, not merely because of his physical and psychological strengths, but he was clever also, unlike Grant. He knew that there are different ways of getting to your opponent like the way he used Juley to really get to Jonny Allen's Achilles heel, and the way he outsmarted Dan Sullivan to get tge Vic back.

Phil was ready to fight when he said "one more step, and il drop you" then pushed Dan into the wall and got his fists up... Dan definitely looked scared and couldnt reach for the gun quick enough! again if things were the other way around everyone would be saying Phil is the scared one! ...but they just hate to admit the truth lol
@RazzaBeeDaSilva when phil grabbed him dennis never retaliated because he thought he was a changed man and didnt want to do that stuff anymore. but then he went and battered johnny. i think one of dennis weak point was how he could be manipulated
I was watching eastenders 2 day and thought he should b a hardman he's a big guy . There's still an opportunity for it, also wen ray found all that copper and was annoyed about it Patrick said don't mess with Derek Branning and ray said I'm not scared of him.

I was only 11 but i do remember watching Dennis get killed but it was partly Phils fault 4 his death I do think Phil got people to do some of his dirty work in the past.

He definately wasnt scared of Phil, nor was Phil scared of Dennis but Dennis was the more weary IMO

Phil threatened Dennis a number of times leaving Dennis stood there looking frightened with no response, Phil man handled him a little bit in a way that Dennis would never have gotten away with had he done it to Phil, Phil grabbed him by the throat and Dennis again just looked a bit scared and didnt react, Phil punched him twice too!! if things were the other way around and it was Dennis that did all this to Phil.. everyone would be saying Phil was shit scared of Dennis!
@CanadianMaster1 Grant is muscular and he looks a very convincing hardman, phil has a pretty average physique, but he has lost a lot of weight and doesnt look as intimidating as he used to.
they did have a fight on the 16th of august 2001, i've been looking for the video for ages and i cant find it. aparently phil jumped him and made him go to his knees but dan somehow managed to handcuff phil to something. this was dan's last episode as well.
They did, Dan had Melanie kidnapped on the 16th floor of a block of abandoned flats, Melanie turned the lights out whilst Phil had Dan on his knees, so Dan KO’d Phill with an uppercut. He then chained Phil to a radiator.
