Awe man!! I actually went back to do the touch ups and someone over sprayed something greasy on the inside of every one of the low Windows. I cleaned it for free but I let the contractor know that next time I will have to charge. It was nuts doing this construction clean, there were about 2 dozen contractors to work around.
This builder I stopped working with used to coat the Windows with liquid latex to protect the glass during construction. The latex was supposed to peel off as a whole. Never failed that it would come off in little chunks, and get all in your razor and equipment. Took me forever to finally get the tiny chunks out of my boab. It's like constantly pulling hair or fibers from under your rubber, leaving lines. I didn't work with that builder too much longer after he started peeling the plastic and putting that latex crud on lol.
@@windowninja1629 supposedly there's a winter and a summer mix of latex in Texas. The summer peels off all at once with a few little pieces on the glass. Winter is the worst. It won't peel off lol. Taking it off with solution and a razor is the only way and even then it comes off in flakes. It's awful on theinside too, especially when the texture guys throw texture on the latex, it's just a time consuming mess.
Window cleaning always a lot of hard work ! lol But we love it.Take care and have fun.

That is a odd design with the lower windows. .Its a cool looking house.
I'm starting to see houses this style a lot in the area.
