Top tip for your frozen brocoli!! Instead of boiling it, spray it with some fry light, salt and pepper it and throw it in the oven (still frozen) and it roasts so soft and tasty with charred bits on it 😊xx
Roasted broccoli and cauliflower are the best.

When we visit my brother in Leeds, I ignore the navigation to go through the city centre and go to the Garforth M1 junction then follow the ring road through to Chapel Allerton. It may be longer, but less chance of me making a wrong turn.

here in montreal, lunch costs about 25 dollars these days 😩- not that long ago it used to be about 12
Here in Norway, too! Just had a lunch at a bakery for the first time since Christmas, and for a sandwich, coffee and a cold drink for 1 person it was around 26 GBP, which I see is over 43 CAD. Have to double that for a Chinese take-out meal, so suffice to say eating out is a 3-4 times a year thing here!
