Speed, Handling, Tuning, Reliability, Cons and Price:
This car is a great 300hp and 300tq package from the factory. Though it is so much nicer once you flash it with an MHD flash, add a downpipe and play with burble settings. I have mine set to 0.9 Sec on Aggressive.
I have driven BMWs from the early 2000's, most of them had worn or blown suspension, wasn't very direct, did not like the feel. This one though is a wonderful surprise. Very flat and level. Easy to control the car. Day to day it absorbs most of the bumps and bruises of the road well.
Tuning with MHD is very easy and very cheap. Highly recommend it. Do it now.
Reliability, knock on wood. I have driven this car for roughly a year and haven't had any issues or breakdowns which is very nice. I compare it to my n54 335i which used to eat coil packs and sparks plugs like its going out of style...
Cons: The front end. I should open the headlights and black them out, I feel like that would fix the ,mascara face this car is always giving me.
Lastly price: Cannot believe how much car you're getting for the price today. I paid around $10k for my car. On average these cars are going for the $10k-$12k range now.
To sum up: Buy one. OK cool. Buy one with. manual if you're willing to look for a deal for a while. Or get a DCT with m-sport and you won't regret it.

I got a 21k mile one owner 135i 6 speed in immaculate garage kept condition for 15k so I agree deals are there. Seller started with asking 21k for it and I just truly didn't need the car so badly. So disinterest can be beneficial when used car shopping. Too many people show enthusiasm when they learn a car they want is accessible and that usually backfires. I truly was not interested and in the end I stole the car from seller imho

Best way to buy a car. Don’t show too much interest and people will work for you. If you become attached, people will be more firm on the price because they know they can be

Wanted to ask if you always run it with burpees aggressive? Do the o2 sensors hold up?

o2 have held up well. I don’t run it with burb on full blast all the time. Just when I want to mess around. In a tunnel or on a Canyon run

Would you overall say the 135i is “better” to drive than the 335i? Stuck which one I’m ideally wanting to go for between both coupes

Overall I like my 135i better. It’s lighter, has a better automatic (if you’re getting an auto). The DCT from the 2011+ 135i is worlds better than the slushbox in the 335i automatic. If you’re getting a manual I would still chose the 135i. Only thing I like about the 335i more, is the front end. The front of the 135i looks surprised lol

Sorry but this has huge misinformation, specifically for doing the mhd flash. Never run other than stage 1 if you don't have an upgraded intercooler. A downpipe is secondary at best when pushing for stage 1+ and above. I had to comment before kids start blowing their motors from misinformation.

I appreciate the comment man but MHD does state something different. This is straight from their website:
      “Stage 1: stock cars”
      “Stage 1+: FMIC upgrade recommended”
“Stage 2: high flow downpipes recommended.”
“Stage 2+: high flow Downpipes + intercooler recommended”
I only have a catless downpipe so I run stage two. Have had no issues so far! If I get an intercooler I would get Stage 2+.
