Can Novice Inspector from MKM fit in this deck?? It feels perfect cuz it triggers celebration and gets some card draw later but I'm not sure what to switch out. Maybe recruiter?

That smart combining ash + commander for token generation. Other than that, mechanic kind sux.
There barely any creature that get a powerful effect heside small temp boost.
They should add like a draw or even token maker.

Yeah, Celebration is mostly a limited mechanic. Goddric is sweet, but you don't really have to build around him, it just triggers on its own a lot without doing much extra work. There is the 5 mana flier that draws a card, but its a bit too slow for a deck like this.
