Laying on your back after 20 weeks gestation can compress your vena cava, causing blood not to return to your heart properly. It usually makes people feel bad.
Both pregnancies I couldn't lay on my back past 20 weeks because it literally felt like my spinal cord was going to snap like a glow stick 😭 it may have just been my own fear making it something more than just uncomfy, but I was so scared of that 😅

Aww girl you got that glow…my youngest son was my biggest baby, so by the 38.5 week I was stalking my OBGYN, begging her to induce me, I sat up on my couch to sleep at night if I could sleep and waddled everywhere in the summer after 27 hours of labor and my epidural not working, he was finally born 8 pounds 11 oz and 22” long. I was 5’4 115 pounds when I got pregnant so I feel you when you say you are uncomfortable but you are still super cute!! ❤ love you guys!! Can’t wait to meet this sweet boy!! 💙
