Bahi tune to royal Enfield k engineer ko bhi fail kar diya🤣
The engine along with it's exhaust is designed as a complete unit. If we change the exhaust we should also tune the engine accordingly for e.g. changing the fuel mapping(for FI) and a whole lot of things in case of a carburetor and also the air intake etc., unfortunately most of us just install a slip on exhaust disregarding everything else. That's not the way to do it.
You are right brother I ,m facing problem after installing aftermarket silencer, idle rpm goes too low that bike shut itself..after again installing stock silencer problem goes away...
So.. where to remap classic reborn..?

Meteor 350 first model without E20 engine mein straight pipe lagake catalytic converter hatake RE straight cut silencer which is back pressure calculated ko install karne se koi engine valve, mileage etc.. mein problem hoga ? Pollution karwate time catalytic converter install kar lenge. I want your suggestion on this.

Meri classic 350, 2012 bs3 model mein mai Indori silencer 5 saal ke upar use kar chuka hu..
Uspe maine 1,30,000 kms chala liye hai. Akele Indori silencer pe. Khas Indore mein banwaya tha 1 khas karigar se..
Aj tak usme kabhi koi jung ki problem nahi ayi aur na hi silencer ki awaj kabhi kharab hui. Ulta ab thump itna heavy ho chuka hai ki almost old CI bullets ki tarah awaj karta hai. Low and high rpm ke saath.
Asani se keh sakta hu ki silencer change karne se kuch nahi hota. Totally riding style pe depend karta hai jaise jitendra bhai ne bataya.
Aur agar real bullet wali, old thump chahiye to Indori jaisa koi silencer nahi.
Wo illegal hai just because wo aftermarket hai, lekin police wale us silencer ki awaj pe jaldi nahi pakadte.
Mein all over India ghuma hu yahi Indori pe, to ye mera personal experience hai.
Delhi ya Hyderabad ko chode ke jaha kanoon faltu mein kuch jada hi strict hai silencer ko leke, jadatar cities mein maine dekha 1 good quality Indori problems create nahi karta.
Baki ke punjabi aur shark-wark sab faltu hai mere hisab se. Bullet ki personality khatam kar dete hai.

Better not to laminate/PPF your matte color classic bike. It will get glossy and will lose that charm of matte color.

कुछ पाने के लिये कुछ खोना तो पडता ही है.

Bro mere valve guides loose ho jate hai 1baar sahi krwa chuka hu and the reason is free flow bend pipe and the main problem occurs whene we ride fast 💨 the problem was fixed but i ride it at 100 and the sound was back and mechanic said valve guides are again gone 👻
If u ride fast 80-90+ please remain stock if below that u can use any exaust even free flow bendpipe
And i should not blame the bike or company as its my fault of using free flow so no issues i will fix it soon and ride slow dug dug 😁
