It is an establishment's right in America to ban filming on their property which I think is good enough. You see it all the time when CZcamsrs go shopping in their videos: "We got kicked out for filming" Yeah, it's weird when people film strangers who are doing nothing wrong and minding their business. There has been pushback on social media against people who do that which is good. Social pressure is the best way to prevent that. Taking away the right to film in a public space is not the way to go here. It goes against the best interest of the public.

Edit: Just looked it up and yea, women are expected to dress conservatively while in the country, even if they do not practice Islam. While not illegal to not dress properly, it says a lot of establishments will not serve you.
