  • It's back to the drawing board for members of the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa at Ford. The company has been granted an interim order for striking workers to immediately return to work. It urgently approached the Labour Court yesterday, in an attempt to block the strike at it's Pretoria plant. The workers downed tools, calling for profit-sharing.

    Simple answer: if workers want a share of the profits they must also pay in a share of the losses.

    Meanwhile Online the uproar continues about Ford SA bad quality welds and bodies. Bad QC Processes. Give them Shares. Just Nje. They deserve their share for being there.
