sir one que-- My free trail account going to expire on tomorrow..Now how I access my portal in free and one more thing should i need to remove my credit card from portal bcz am not able to delete one resource group as there was one vault which was not deleted i trying to delete it serval time with the help of your video but failed. Pls help.. Thank you

1) to delete the vault, first you need to disable the soft delete option from properties and than try to delete. by default soft delete option is enabled. Have already explained this.
2) to access the portal in free, u need to create new ID with new credit card.
3) there is no harm keeping the credit card in azure portal. because microsoft always give the choice to customer to move to pay as go subscription or not. microsoft will charge from credit card only if you will move to pay as go otherwise they will not charge. but make sure to delete all resources from portal before expiry of free subscription.
