- this is the worst I've ever seen. A Dealership detailed this Focus RS and left the paint so full of swirls that it lost its shine. After a proper machine polish and Gyeon ceramic coat, it was back to its former glory.

My Audi S5 was also delivered with some scratches to the clear coat. It was shiny and still is shiny though but I'm pretty sure it was covered with a wax or something upon delivery so I couldn't see anything. Dealers don't do detailing so I'm not surprised anyways. Only thing you can do is ask that they don't take off the wraps and stickers. Deliver it dirty.
I’ve had brand new Range Rovers delivered to me unwashed, and it still had scratches and polishing marks on it from factory.
You’d expect a little more when spending over £100k.

When even the customer states that the paint looks dull, you know it’s gonna be a bad one.
