Now watching this videos makes me emotional 😭 Today I’m watching as a medical doctor, started watching his videos about 10 years ago in premed degree (BSc) and medicine. You are amazing and loved. Lots of love from South Africa 🇿🇦
Awesome video. I love how you teach actual mechanisms and how your videos are not that mainstream to grab likes from maintenance guys or hairdressers. This is proper medical channel for people in this field of work, and well It's been said but I gotta repeat simplicity and unimaginable good visuals take it to the top. Keep up the good work!
I am not in a Medical profession but your explanation was almost understood and has given me insight on what is H.pylori, Well done, this is the best Video for non-medical minded persons like myself, Thank you Armando.
Thank you, just got out of the hospital. Your illustrations and explaining of this bad bacteria is very good, you are an artist also.God bless you and your family Aloha
All your videos are great and really help me get through my PBLs (problem based learning) in medschool. The anatomy and physiology is explained better than how my lecturers teach it and simplified which is convenient. You are extremely talented and I really admire your work. When will the website be finished, do you have any idea? Because your artworks and mind maps are very good and visual photography like this tends to stick into my head quite well! Well done, have a great continuation
Thank you so much for that explanation... my mom was just diagnosed with H pylori and stomach cancer. This video really help me understand her condition
Both goblet cells and foveolar cells are epithelial cells. Most mucus in the stomach is produced by foveolar cells. In the lacrimal glands, mucus is synthesized by acinar cells instead. But goblet cells are found in abundance in the respiratory tract, intestines, and eyelid conjunctiva. ~ "goblet cell" at Dorland's Medical Dictionary ~ Guzman-Aranguez, A; Argüeso, P (2010). I don't comment on videos but since I watched few videos of yours,is like taking you to be my personal teacher.......homie you really break things down, once small thanks for the video👌👍
Excellent and wonderful content. We thank you and I would like to add that there are natural things that are excellent and very effective in eliminating them, such as licorice, cauliflower, cabbage and turmeric, as well as garlic immersed in olive oil, which give great results.
I am doing the Helicobacter Pylori treatment now, and now I know why I am taking the proton pump inhibitor pantoprazole. Thank you very much for this very good explanation.
How is it going with you? Bdw ppi will lower hcl, ph will be more alcaline, digestion of food will be harder. Malnutrition will be worse. Also pylori will have an easier environment to live in no? Why do doctors prescribe ppi then?
I also heard that h pylori makes you produce less HCI, so that’s why ppl get acid reflux, bcs low HCI makes the esophagus to remain open. I heard that.
@@xian.1352 I googled these info out and hope they are helpful. The pylori triple therapy (clarithromycin, amoxicillin and pantoprazole) first kills off pylori bacteria in 7 days or 14 days. However, the lesion of stomach ulcer is still there even after this triple therapy. In order to heal the lesion, you continue to take the PPI pantoprazole because without PPI the stomach ulcer will agitate normal cells to produce excessive stomach acid and hence to worsen the lesion. For me, after finishing the 7-day triple therapy, the doctor asked me to continue to take PPI pantoprazole for 6 months, then I will be back to the hospital to check the presence of pylori. I have finished the 1st month of PPI. I think it works because my stomach ache is now much milder than before.
Thanks for this easy to learn video for quite a complicated subjected to try and grasp for the normal non medical layman/woman! I am waiting tor H PYLORI tests to come back, have had gastritis, ulcers and severe back pain . thankfully using some super enzymes before my meals is helping a lot with my symptoms :)
Top-notch conceptual correlation, beautifully crafted and articulated video. This video is like an oasis of water for a lonely traveler that's been in the desert for far too long.
This is excellent and so much fun learning; The substance sulforaphane, which occurs in broccoli and cauliflower, has been proposed as a treatment. Though most doctors I understand will prescribe antibiotics as you mentioned along with 2 other medications.
Long term use of PPI in H. Pylori infection is associated with atrophic gastritis which is one of the primary risk factor for gastric cancer. Otherwise great video thank you.
Excellent! Very informative. Diagnosed with h.pylori yesterday after weeks of nausea, cramps and bloating. Starting treatment with 2 antibiotics and PPI, so hopefully not an antibiotic resistant strain.
That's so sad to hear you are still suffering from this same situation . Am feeling for you right now, I know of a doctor who can help you get rid of this. He also help me from this same situation , He can also help cure yours permanently
Hi! I just wanted to know if you'd ever consider creating a book with all of your full drawings? Instead of or in addition of selling them one by one? :)
These are so great! Thank you. Do you have one on serial dilutions? I am taking micro and I have an exam coming. None of the other videos help me :( But you'll be glad to know you helped me get a 97 on my first lecture exam :) Thank you.

AWESOME I LOVE THAT YOU TAKE YOUR TIME TO MAKE THESE EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS!

@@solidname9085I just got diagnosed with it. I got a 14 day med plan for me. I’m half way thru and alrdy feel better.

Great video...it’s made so much sense to me now about the damage done by H pylori
I share your videos with nursing students you explain in such detail! Great videos.

How is your mom doing now ?
Bro how is your mother?
hi bro how is she now?
Exquisite drawings! Wonderful explanations!
Thank you! This helped me understand what my tummy is going through!
Easy to digest lessons.Big thanks. Personally I'm waiting more and more from you especially clinical pharmacology
em. I think there is a correction here. the mucus is produced by the epithelial cells itself. There are no goblet cells in stomach lining
you are right that is a mistake on my part. cheers!

This guy explained h pylori so well.. explains some seemingly contradictory things about the bacteria.. very well done
Got me through the place I didn’t understand which was how/where all that extra stomache acid comes from with an ulcer. Thank you
fantastic explanation thank you for producing this video . clear and concise easy to follow with enough detail to explain but not confuse .
Thank you - that was actually super brilliant!
I love all your videos they are very easy to understand with those artistic diagrams. Keep it up
