- Adding gears to a puzzle box can be amazing, but surprisingly difficult. This video is all about demystifying gears to enable you to use them in your own designs. Just going over the very fundamentals of gears and how to build out to work with a set diameter.

Very nice! Cannot find the file...Gear Lock Box File. It says: Item has been removed...
Its real simple. Diameter and tooth spacing. However the diameter is NOT the outside diameter of he gear - its the diameter measured at the intersection of the two gear teeth between each gear. the outside diameters actually overlap.
I think you have some audio issues here - the CC / annotations indicate there was audio but you drop out. Otherwise, this is a very helpful video.
